If you have fiery emancipation or city on fire, you can deal 4 damage to each opponent... Dealing 12 to each after the tripling and kill them all at once with infect... Because with Cap, you can choose to divide damage anyway you want, between up to 3 targets
Any number of infinite mana combos also win you the game on the spot. You can keep equipping and throwing over and over to burn the table. Most decks will already run Zirda to reduce Cap's throw cost, so add in things like Basalt or Grim Monolith for a surprise win out of nowhere. Why lose one friend from an infectious Excalibur when you can lose all friends at once? 😅
Yeah, disdnt think about giving him infect. Thats nasty. Make his ability cost 2 less with Training Ground, and Puresteel Paladin in play, you can reattach Excalibur for free, killing the whole table.
You can Throw in response to the Catch trigger at the beginning of combat. Allowing him to Throw, deal 10 infect to Player 1, attack Player 2 for 10 infect, and Throw again afterwards to deal the last 10 infect to the final player.
I crammed my Storm, Force of Nature deck full of “copy target creature it is not legendary” spells to get multiple instances of storm. My playgroup already has asked me to stop playing the deck because it’s just too strong. 😅
Lol. the one who told you that lied to you because he hates poisen. It's a houserule at best. There is also only 1 infect general so far and it's mono-black.
That is not true. It's 10 in all formats. If the person that told you that is an infect/poison counter player themselves, they probably said that to allow the game to play a little longer. If they are not a poison player then they are deceiving you to get an advantage.

Hooooly shit lmao you are gonna make my play group hate me 🤣
You can kill 2-3 in one turn. If cap is unblockable with a rogues passage,, then throw the sword in second main phase

Thats BRUTAL! I didn’t mention it here but if one player is open you can literally just attack them before throwing to take someone out lol

“I just wanna let yall know, I can win right now but I won’t.” 😈😇 just knowing I’m sparing them is good enough. As long as they don’t talk 💩
Poison should be 20 in commander
It's not particularly hard to get a single poison on someone then proliferate a lot
You have 3 people trying to stop you though, not just one. That to me kinda evens it out
