Just the shape itself makes cutting the rubber much easier when you replace it. I will chop up one of my round rackets just to test how it feels. Although smaller, the larger sweet spot may even it out.

I have 86g one. Switched from carbonado 45. Its not much faster but it has unique feel to it - i personally love it.
Ever since i switched to it my team mates have hard time coping with my backhands, that was the biggest change for me.
So all in all you need to try for yourself, see if you like it
