How to use a grey card for video setting your native IRE value.

This is a procedure I have done with every camera, Arri, RED, Sony FS7, Ursa Mini and my Lumix.
Once done, you'll know the IRE value of middle grey in you scene for every profile and this marks your starting point for exposure.
In editing you start with matching the IRE value of the card and off you go.
