I am so sorry that I did not notice your question; really heart felt sorry. First, I hope you shot your project and it all went well. Since I was not timely, the following is how I shoot. #1 Establish the scene with a 24mm #2 Medium two shot with a 50mm #3 Close Up with 85mm #4 Extreme Close Up with the 135 I use the 14 rarely; the 16 and 20 are my got to wide angles. The 35mm I use as my normal lens and it's always on the camera. Zooms? Never. As far as the Metabones Speed Booster, only the 0.71x, I did not like the 0.64x and sold it off. I record to both card and those two cards are my safety net as backup footage in the rare case something happens to the footage on my Atomos Shogun. The Shogun is what I record to. When I shoot a film here is what I do. DCI / 24p / Vlog exteriors / Cinelike D interiors.

Chosa, happy holidays. Is the video coming? I would like to see it work and the menu settings of the FS7. We have two in the studio and it did not work and as you know the FS cannot output 4k via the sdi. We had all four camera: 1080p not I, P at 29.97fps. Nothing happened.

My lens are the EF mount. I have a dumb adapter and speed. booster. This weekend I am doing a rig video.

@@alriverald Thanks and sorry I missed that in the description ;) I am wondering myself if I buy Xeen whether to go for MFT or FF mount with speedbooster? Obviously MFT would give me a wider FOV but I also shoot Nikon and already have speedbooster. I have subbed and will watch your next video with interest.

@@SteveT__001 mft mount is worthless. Good choice to stick on Nikon. I travel and EF is the mount easily available.

Hi Norm and yes it does the same. Also I cannot feed out hdmi from the Ninja V to the Sumo. Sumo freaks out. Just happen on set 10 minutes ago and I get your comments. Haha. Take care dear friend.

Note to all. I just loaded the new Sumo Firmware 9.2 and my Sumo now does not, I repeat, does not connect with my PC. I cannot use it as a second monitor. It worked five minutes ago.

alrivera oh no. Did the new firmware correct the genlock and switching issue? Can you know sync & record multiple inputs?

@@TheUnMarketingGroup The new firmware now works ad advertised. no need to external genlock. but your cameras have to output matching signal for it to work.

simple yes, but it doesn't work. You shoot a xyla chart or do under/over exposure. Also, you're limited to what the log curve displays. Some cameras "clip" the highlights so they look unrecoverable but they're actually hidden above the 0-1 range.

Mo Sabri yup. That's true. Also note that clouds, time of day, weather and much more can affect this method. Just not good....

Mo Sabri I guess I am. Thanks. When I test or try something, it is done as is and the results are as is. NR is set to minus 5 FYI and ISO never over 1600 on this clip. Look into the lower left corner and take note of the noise or lack of it.

Just type "v90 SD" into Amazon or Google, these are not cheap but if you need a reliable card I would not go for less than Panasonic specify.

I never have it in the photo mode...............as I stumbled upon this when we need a quick still for a test.

Yes. It crashed once as I switched from C1-C3 but never again. It only does that crash as per the video on youtube. I am going to hook it up to a TV and snap a still. Might do that tomorrow.

Agreed, but it crashed. Period. It does not do it in video as it only happen to me after shooting on the Atomos and switching to photo mode. I then switched to 8 bits output and it did not crash. Shall try to crash it again ASAP.

I've had 2 crashes with my GH5 (would not recover until battery was removed.) Seems to be fine now with firmware update.

Interesting. I shot finished a shoot and the producer just called and sent me to hell. Three of the 19 files have audio and no image. I an in deep shit right now.

So going to video to photo mode with an external monitor or field recorder. Not sure why anyone (in the real world) would do that or you just looking for things to make it crash?

That's a though question. I can tell u my cheap K&F Concept adapter (Canon FD to m4/3) will give u a very safe infinity at 3m (on a SSC 24mm 2.8) !!! It can be a problem with the correction floating elements in the lens... but it's safe too tweak.
