Dear apoorva sonikar I can use Melon seeds and I have in the past so I work, but you suggested Almonds dear and those are nuts, I can't use NUTS. Melon seeds are not classified as nuts but almonds are. Thank you for caring, I am a cooking instructor myself so I do know a lot of these things but finding substitutes in recipes for nuts is a challenge.
