i love cold war and ive been saying that since the game was in its lifecycle. the pro scene was fun to watch the game felt good. the spawns actually made sense and were consistent. the only annoying thing was the little bit of aim resist

The fact that u could change the lobby music to previous cod soundtracks was such a nice touch, hearing the bo1 multiplayer theme or the bo2 theme was so nostalgic, i really wish they would bring it back

If you played bo3 you know that there is ALOT missing from the music player im glad its there but compared to bo3 which literally had every song in the game plus ee zombies songs, it was a bit of a downgrade

It’s strange, but when I played Cold War on release I thought it was just a mid cod game. But now looking back I realize it was one of the best cods (imo). I had so much fun with it, no warzone could entertain me like this game.

Cold war was by far my favorite cod experience since the old games like mw3 and bo2. Theres just something about it that was so arcadey and fun. I also loved the face off 6v6 small maps, Id love to see that pop off again.

This is the only COD game in recent time that I just keep going back to and having fun with. Great campaign, super fun zombies, and solid multiplayer. None of the recent games of the last 5 years can beat that package for me.
Dead ops arcade is really fun too, both normal and 1st person
@@Bubloi Damn you’re right, honestly there’s so much fun I had in CW I forgot about dead ops and the whole Pawn Takes Pawn marketing they had with Cold War. It’s actually insane how much this game has for being a game made in mid pandemic with only 1-1.5 years of development time.
cold war was definitely the most fun i had on cod in ages, the arcade modes were really fun and active and the movement and feel of the game were fun

yeah sadly they merged it into warzone a month or two after launch and thats when the game tanked. i haven't went back to see if it improved since lol.

I played this sooooo much during the pandemic and it has given me some of my fav cod memories. Grinding this game was so awesome and id do it again. And also being a huge zombies fan, this game was massive for the zombies community ❤
Cold War was really solid. Just held back by the small amount of launch content and SBMM. Face off 6v6 was such a great idea.
Real talk. Bro I easily streak in MW2 ranked even with it’s strict SBMM. I get on this game though just have so much trouble streaking, I feel like I get salami’d on every rush route.

jev recalling how bocw was a solid experience was genuinely nice. i was nowhere as into CoD then as i am now (barring when my lil ass was playin original MW and MW2 on release), and this game really felt solid. yeah there were maps that i didn't like, but overall it felt really fun. guns felt solid but quick, movement was fun but not batshit crazy like vanguard and i just enjoyed my time on this game. plus, the campaign was a fuckin pleasant surprise for being one of the most solid stories the franchise has produced in a long while. i really enjoyed this game too, jev. im glad you came back to check it out!

Cold war suffered the most from bugs and microtransactions but was great outside that. It coulda been one of the greatest CoD's ever if they weren't forced to make it off MW2019's engine in 8 months
It was made off of a modified bo4 engine. The zombies honestly was the best draw for me cause it was fun to casually play with buddies and not worry about doing some 100 step easter egg. And the VIP escort was really fun, too.
The fact that Cold War was made in literally 6 months still astounds me to this day

@@SupremeClout- it has been for years now. Just look at Gaming before modern warfare 2019, EVERYONE was playing different games and new FPS shooters had new players and shit lasted. NOW Everyone made youtube channels and uploaded the same Clips of call of duty, and some of them hack for views etc. Just look at all the thumbnails for every COD youtuber, It's rinse and repeat for them ALL. To add on to that, they think they run the COD genre and when they give input or criticize the game their "sheep" listen and follow what they say. Also its why we have divided COD fans, because kids gotta listen to their "favorite youtuber" before they try the game out themselves and run to go comment bad shit about it because their youtuber didnt like it. LMAO.

Cold War had a lot of great content by the time it finished its run. It felt barren on release and when I came back a couple seasons later it felt like a whole new game
Loved Cold War from being able to change to any theme from the past treyarch games to its arcade type feel I genuinely enjoyed this game and it’s zombies
When cold war came out I didn't have any strong opinions on it. It was okay but nothing crazy. Now when I look back i realize how much fun this game was. They nailed the cold war aesthetic so well imo and zombies was amazing also.

I always loved it I unlocked dm ultra in 2 weeks after it’s release which has been one of my favorite mastery camos of all time right next to bo3 dm. I loved this game it felt like a more arcadey mw2019 and much more fun like I wish other cod’s had snipers only and other modes and things.
Black Ops Cold War is underrated for sure, in my Top 5 cods all time

I honestly liked this game since it released. The multiplayer and zombies! I still play Cold War everyday! I love the movement, the guns and I like the gameplay. Just feels good to me.
Jev struggling to get a game is so sad this was definitely one of my favorite call of duty’s and we’ve moved on so fast it’s easy to forget about all the memories on this game

Cold war is just insanely good. First game I ever did the camo grind for through zombies and I had a blast. I really wish they'd give it a few actual updates, new guns, new maps, ect ect.

I really fell in love with Cold War especially after I played through BO1 campaign before the release. I was heartbroken when I got hacked, and permanently banned from call of duty. I never got to play this game again. I haven’t forgiven Activision for destroying my love for call of duty and not helping a loyal fan obtain their account back or support a supporting fan. So I feel happy everytime I see Cold War or hear it mentioned, but sad and a longing feeling for a time when I could actually play and be excited to get on my gaming system and grind camos and weapons and just have a good time. It’s all over now 😔💔
I think seeing you go through the CW easter eggs would be really cool, they're easier than other games and they have a huge reward at the end if you do them all

I got Cold War around 4-5 months ago to try and get back my interest in the games and I can easily say that it's the most fun I've had with a COD game since BO3

Never really played Cold War MP during its life cycle but I played an INSANE amount of zombies around 20+ days but recently tried out the face off 6v6 playlist with the small maps and have been having a good time and now realizing I took it for granted.

I missed this one when it came out, i think because it was the same time as the PS5 release so i was playing other things, but started playing a few weeks ago and its by far my favourite of the modern era COD games. It feels like a classic COD to play. Ive always massively preffered Treyarch games to the other developers and this one seems to hold up among the other BO games.

Cold war at launch was tough to play specially coming from a complete MW2019 and peak warzone but as time went on and they released updates for it, It became one of my favorite cods the face-off mode in cold war is one of my all time favorite game modes
Well I mean you can pretty much blame covid for its launch state. The execs forced it out in its terrible unfinished state and on PS4 it was impossible to play. Certain maps wouldn't work, graphics were bugging out like crazy, the HUD wouldn't work, guns wouldn't even fire correctly, etc. So it's launch kinda gets a pass for what was going on at the time and it's content updates just got better and better there wasn't a single bad collab and it's average skins all looked great for the most part. It's battlepasses were also worth it (especially the last due to mason.)

Honestly, BOCW is criminally underrated. Zombies was the only few disappointments this game had but it was still fun. If Jev ends up taking a nostalgia trip down memory lane and plays all the old COD games, I'm all here for it

Cold war was the last cod i bought. I always said it was gonna be good even before it released and we were getting events like pawn takes pawn. It had some of the best zombies and multiplayer features ever. I could sit down and play face off or prop hunt for hours. Best cod since bo3 and it aint even close
