This is a channel for people who suffer from dissociation (depersonalization and derelization - DPDR). If you have depersonalization or derealization there is a way to get out of it and get your life back. DPDR is a form of anxiety that makes you feel like you're looking at yourself from the outside (depersonalization) or you experience life 'like looking through a fishbowl' (derealization), or both (DPDR). Essentially you feel disconnected from yourself and everything around you, for hours or even weeks and months at a time.
It can be extremely scary and exhausting and often it feels like there is no way out which causes a lot of anxiety. However, there is a way out and it's absolutely possible to live a normal and connected life, permanently.
If you'd like to know more about your depersonalization and derelization and how to overcome it, please book a free discovery call with me. Together we'll go into why you dissociate, the path to recovery, how to finally overcome it and how to stop it coming back.

It's different for everyone, exercise generally helps. Catching your thoughts and breaking those bad habits will also help.

it really feels weird to me and makes me kinda anxious that 1. other people exist & see life in first person and feel normal 2. they see me as a third person. also the fact that days pass. like i am finding such normal things about life weird, its almost as if existence itself is making me uncomfortable. it's really weird i know but idk how else to explain it. i am finding such normal things about life abnormal. is this also a part of dpdr? because i feel like it is. is this normal? how do i overcome all of this and feel normal and real again? please help me🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

These type of symptoms are normal and are part of anxiety and DPDR. Usually your mind is in an oversensitized state and so will overthink which can be scary when combined with other symptoms. As you recover you'll feel normal. Check out The Freedom Course - it's the best online DPDR and anxiety recovery course www.thefreedomcourse.net/
