CEOs at this level have people handling most of their daily tasks precisely so they can focus on reading, listening, socializing and learning as much as possible so when they need to make decisions that have millions or more hanging in the balance they make the best calls possible.
They are soft and rely on great people to do most of the work so they can offer the final, most important input where it counts.
Usually that input is what pays the salaries of the entire company.
Sometimes they make mistakes which cost the Jobs of other people or they break the law to get the results they want, because like with every level there are rotten apples at the top too. You just hear about them in the news more, while 99% of the people running companies just want their employees to have a job.

@@theoutlook55Taylor was pretty much fine. The issue for the show is Damien Lewis (axes actor) his wife died irl and he stepped away for a season or 2 and they kept going. He came back for the end but it got out of hand without him
