We have been wandering the Oregon Coast annually for 41 years. We are now considering moving full-time to the coast. I'm enjoying all your videos covering things on the coast I haven't considered in the scheme of our move. Thanks
Im from Southern California Im planning to live there with my wife How's the weather ? I looked up on Wikipedia and seems like it has similar weather like southern California
We lived in Brookings had a nice house there. If you move there go in A RV..the housing market is Crazy..hardly no rentals..we sold our house..it is very beautiful there..foggy summers too. Its hotter by the Chetco The people there are really mellow and look out for each other
i grew up there, it was a nice place until California Built Pelican Bay State Prison 15 miles from the cal/Ore border. that's about a 30 min drive. now consider how many inmates families came to live too. prices are much higher now.
I would only move close to a Grocery Outlet! Better prices than Traders, Walmart etc etc A friend from Ca. East Bay has a Rainbow Rock condo and I gotta get my old self up there to visit omeday. I had a R.E. licence in 73. Selling homes out of a 66 GTO 4 speed. for the price of a used Prius! I paid 252 for my Ca. condo and property tax now? $4,000 a year.
Unfortunately you're not a local Realtor and didn't give any recognition to the listing agents properties mentioned. As for our local elementary school, the name is pronounced Kal-me-op-sis. I suggest to anyone looking to buy property in any given area, should speak with an actual local Realtor who lives in that area, who knows the history, true school ratings, other local business owners, etc not just what a salesman can find on Google.
I'm looking for somewhere along the coast that is quiet (Biggest need) with decent medical within at least a 30 minute drive. Any recommendations where to look?
Where do you get your numbers on your homes for sale? I am looking at brookings right now zillow three bedroom too bath , some with land 400k to 550k. Where are you getting your numbers? You're so awful on this

Hey Eddy, checkout new listing at 1111 Sandy Lane, properties overlooks Maclin Cove. Phenomenal property not far from Fred Meyer's!
Are there condos in Brookings? It looked like there might be some. What is their cost?

Agree he is way off on his numbers
60-70 f is considered hot? 🤦♂️
very expensive !
Sorry but too much video of the skyline or bushes and treetops. Totally useless when you get walking sickness because of hyper camera movement…
Sounds like a the most specific problem ever. Just don’t watch and make your own video. Problem solved
Consider the medical sucks, the houses are way over priced and there is very little to do. Do not move to brookings.
