how is it runnin the games?
@@husamlabanieh4061 It's running okay. Many games, you can go ultra on them. And the ran at 40 FPS+. Those games for ex. Euru truck sim 2, Skyrim, Watch_Dogs etc.
But for the recent games like Witcher 3, Division 2, Assansins Creed Origin. You can only go with medium to be able to acheive 40fps+.
Anyway, I just bought a used 1080ti during COVID19 locked down. And I cannot stop playing game since then.

How do you benchmark and record at the same time? Does it mean that it loses some fps cause of record? In some games my card have more fps what does it mean?
I have the r9 280x vapor x tri-x and it performs really nice great gpu literally all you need
Hello, can I ask a question, I am about to buy exactly this graph (they say it is better than the 1050 ti) and much more economical. Now, I looked at AMD to install the drivers and only this one for windows 10 32bit is not available for 64. Does that influence the performance or does not affect at all? Please I need an answer because I am tired of searching and nobody explains it.

Still gaming with this card, suprised how well holds up with new games. All games are still playable with decent settings, usualy i need to lower some setting that is not that noticable. Planed upgrade to GTX1060 6GB but decided not to because it's not worth it, performance gain is not that great. Downsides of R9 card for me is: high power consumption, generate a lot of heat and that lead to VERY noisy card under load. Noise is my main reason i would like to upgrade.

Have you tried repasting gpu and do some cleanup?
I will see, it will last for this summer then when new stuff comes out i will upgrade. Yup, i replaced even heatsink since mine went bad. Most likely some of the pipes lost propties. Also it is a 2x8 pin powehog, owerclocked to 1200/1600. :)

such a beast of a card i bought my 7970ghz edition as the first mining craze came to a close for 140 bucks and still using it. Best investment in a card i have ever made. Six years running and still going strong. A little weak on the newest games on high/ultra setting so its definitely time for an upgrade but on low to medium settings most everything still plays smooth.

I fried my rx 580 so yea I had this old reliable card just wanting to see what I could do with it in modern day games I've been using my r7 370 and averaging 40 to 50 in warzone so I figured this would do better

In rdr2 In medium settings and ultra texture, I have 30 ~ 37 fps you can lower them in high and I think you will go up to 40 fps

Died after 6 years. Because I did not change thermal paste. I was able to play any games till the end.
Test would be better with Ryzen 3 or I5 3rd GEN

Are you sure the games are running at 60+ fps? It doesn't look like that from the video, which you have uploaded in 60 fps. I'm talking specifically about Call of Duty, which looks barely even 30. Most of the rest are ok.
I have a regular R9 280 and I hover around 35 fps with everything as low as possible in Doom Eternal. Does that seem really low to you?
Sorry for reviving this, but try switching to Vulkan and see if it makes a difference.
I have a nvidia card now but my r9 280x was a pretty good card before it died on me and I can play 2019 games at high or ultra.
I have MSI R9 280X Gaming temps when idle are 43'C when I launch any game at any setting within few 5 to 7 minutes temps hit +80'C and on stress test +90'C. Any suggestions?

Make sure you have the newest bios and also change the thermal paste! I changed the thermal paste on mine today for the first time, it went from hot and loud (100c at 100% fan) to cool and quiet (65c at 35% fan speed).
comsoset is right. make sure to change your thermal paste. went from 100c to 70c
@@bighams69 I clean it every year and replace the thermal paste and it never drops below 75c lol airflow in my case sucks. Btw do you talk about the mobo bios or graphics card bios?

depends, if you had a decent psu and were not worried about pricy power bills then go for it. however if i were low on budget id go for at least an rx470/480 instead? theyre pretty cheap on Aliexpress unless the 280 costed you about 40~

Yes. It is a normal PCIE graphics card. It should work with any motherboard. (That has full PCIE slots). I am 100% sure yours do, unless it is a specific mining motherboard. You should be just fine.

I fix the problem max temp is now 70
But 80c here isn't bad, because this card has temp limit on 95c, so here 80c is not like 80c on RTX, where temp limit is on level of 85c

This is OC card, core 1070,mem 1600. That is better than gtx1050Ti,and behind gtx 1060. My r9 280x MSI is OC to core 1090,mem 1600,and FPS in game is good. Old but still good.

This card confuses me. I can somehow run GTAV @4K as Long as AA is at 4X or lower and get 60+ FPS :S how is this possible with just 3gb memory?
