I have mini pro that I was riding 18km/h that had 30% charge left , the SEGWAY SHUT OFF , the battery is good works in second Segway I gave ... is my only option is to replace the control board ? any help will be appreciated thanks Desi

Same issue with my battery.. green light on battery always on.. segway works, but battery shows empty and bluetooth cannot connect. Also battery does not charge anymore, just the light stays solid green.

Hello, it's probably a problem with one of the 18650 cells and not with the BMS itself ✌️
My segway blinks 7 times 2 slow 5 fast like a strobe. No battery or bluetooth connection once on. Charging it shows battery.
