Maybe just put up a clipboard or notebook on the sales counter asking people to write down what they looking for or would like to see in the store, though there's already quite the variety. You're right that Kim did a great job arranging sections. Been watching awhile and you make a great team. Admire your longevity and a long-time reseller's insights.

Covid and being isolated for so long has been hard for most everyone. As result videos like yours used to be a real boost, like hearing from someone you know even if they don’t know you. Probably a lot of people can relate, Just chatting helped, it didn’t have to be about the nitty gritty of resale, though that is of interest, too. The graduation of your daughter, a new pup, the heat, cleaning out the garage, organizing....it was just nice to have you share with us. A nice family guy living life and taking care of his family.
The downfall of other thrift store chains, is they sell broken items. Which I don't know why. The locals should shop at your shop instead of wasting time and gas driving further to other stores.

Your shop doesn't seem to be wheelchair friendly. I wanted to go by when I go to Arizona next month but not sure if time will allow. Keep up the videos. Fred
Mike, what do you use for tracking inventory and sales in this environment? Are you just keeping spreadsheets or is there some kind of software or website geared towards this. Something that lets you keep track of so much "one off" inventory.

Good morning, Mike. I am a lifelong, back woods Mainer and used to watch you Faithfully back when I was contemplating selling on eBay, Etc. It never evolved into anything, except for a nice collection of things I have upstairs that was going to be listed and attempted to be sold. I always feared the what-ifs about selling and so I chickened out and never did it. Have a few things that I could probably sell quite easily, like an old Nintendo With A Fistful of games that my kids used to play... and other odds and ends. Maybe one of these days...? I am not good at sales. Glad you are enjoying your new business. Continued success to you.
Great video of the store layout and what sells! Are you there full time yourself? Is the store making a dent in your "merch" at home? Is it hard for to keep track of items that you have duel posted (i.e. ebay, FB Marketplace)? Are you able to do some of that posting at the store to fill down time? Kim, my favorite part would be arranging things! I love arranging things for my own garage sales. You seem to enjoy that part too!

That's the best looking thrift store that I've seen in months. All the ones I have gone to are trashed all the time. If I were in that area I'd for sure be a regular.
I feel like I'm constantly tidying it up but I can't stand for it to be messy. I want people to be able to come in and feel relaxed. It's jam packed but hopefully in a good way!
