I'm totally new to playing smash so the answer might be obvious but I don't know

That's a typo! It's mean to say 50%, sorry about that
@@TeslaSkarfelt ah thanks that makes sense
Yo old vid but i was wondering have u been labbing down tilt to instant rar bair as a kill confirm
It's not a kill confirm, just a combo extender
@@TeslaSkarfelt thought it could work at ledge around starting 90% espcially if u 2 frame or pop them up for hanging too long I was testing it in training room and works there was just wondering if it would work in a real match
@@Name-ou7eo If they DI out it's not really a confirm and it generally doesn't true at that point I'm pretty sure but I might be wrong idk
@@TeslaSkarfelt ur probably right im only theory crafting of training room and we both know how realible that is
new main who dis
I'm currently trying to get better at Fox, so may I ask what controller set up is best?
C-Stick set to Tilt Attack, L jump, X shield, Tap Jump Off is what I use. L for my Up Airs, X for Parries, C-Stick for general tilt combos etc.
Skarfelt Alright. Sounds great. Thanks a lot. The set up sounds great, but I probably gotta change a few things to I'm more comfterble. Regardless, thank you so much. Lots of love
Skarfelt I've been testing the controls you've given me, and realised I've gotten too used to stick jump, however I'm trying to limit my use of it right now. So far it's helping a lot, but I haven't used the gc controller yet since I was testing it in portable mode. Regardless, thank you so much.
@@omarcasillas6188 Glad that helped! Keep at it - you definitely wanna get used to no tap jump if you can
Eyy, what happened to autocancel down air follow ups?
I got bored and didn't make the video sorry =[ maybe in the future
@@TeslaSkarfelt :( i am trying to main fox but i dont know the dair combos just yet... whould be pretty awesome to learn them.
But what are the buttons idk how to do the combo man
I cant get the second DA to combo in the DA -> Nair -> DA -> Nair combo. Any tips?
Make sure to fast fall as soon as possible after the Nair!
just watching the vid for the first time today liked in the first few seconds because of octopath music
Do you have any tips on how to easily do his drag downs with fair? It's a hit and miss for me
If it's anything like 4, you have to slightly delay the fair to be able to fastfall it early enough. It won't work right if it's buffered
I usually just fast fall as soon as I hit the fair
How do you run and neutral air multiple times so well? It’s hard for me to do that.
far too much practice haha
ty for video I used to be a pretty good fox in smash 4 but my fox isnt good in this new game becuase im stuck using old combo (aka uptilt like crazy) and it doesn't work in this game lol
Just got Smash on the Switch, I played Falco on the Wii U. Should I be good at Fox?
They don't play particularly similarly imo so I'm not sure
Alrighty, good enough
How do you constantly uair1 I sometimes up air with the double kick?
Up air 1 is hard for me to get. Any tips?
No clue, this stuff is all very hard for my hands to perform
1:46 nice
Do you use tilt stick? and if so do you claw or normal?
Tilt stick, and I jump with L any time I would need to claw!
*Sweats in Bowser*
How do you fair spike?
today I landed a single hit dair to full hop dair three times in a row to an up-air. Is that really a thing? It was on my brother's dk and he said he tried jumping out.
That shouldn't be a thing I think, he probably lost his jump at some point then couldn't jump again after that? Idk though
