Are you going to mount the ECM with the heat sink pointing out, not against the battery? I don't know how hot they get, but it will want to be able to reject the heat.
A list is generated, giving each person a number range based on the total amount of their entries. Amount of entries is equal to the total amount pledged per episode x the number of episodes pledged to during the build. I then pull up a random number generator, and whatever number it lands on is who wins it 👍

She just recently got called for duty and their was an accident and she had her hands crush by a “Hercules” I live in SoCal and currently she’s in Vegas surgery on both hands that she got damaged. All she’s ever wanted was An iron 883, if you can blockhead please help me get her wish. Her life goal is just to ride with me and be at peace nothing more nothing less. Love you blockhead! Don't laugh... but... I've been shifting up to go into first gear for a while now wondering why my acceleration been so slow telling my dad there's something wrong, but he rides it and.. "This thing gets up like a dog with its ***** on fire".. Watched your clutch and shifting video and seen i've been doing it wrong and starting in 2nd gear and I've been scared to ride because of it taking off slow, I don't think I've ever been in first gear. 😱😓😨😵 I'm curious to know if I've been destroying my transmission or not because of that as well, if anyone knows..
Glad the video helped out! You're probably fine, people take off in 2nd gear all the time. So long as you can feel it grabbing now, I would assume it's all good, but if you feel it start slipping, might be worth checking it out.

Yea, he really does a good job with his presentation. Looks like he does a lot of editing and likely multiple takes based on the camera angles being as good as they are. Others post content with shots that are out of frame or even focus. I can't imagine the number of hours he puts in.
In case you didn't know, install the new battery cover clips while the battery is out. Gotta slip the rear clip onto the frame over the battery, slide it back, then install the front one in the same area and slide into place. Kind of a pain with the battery in there. Looking good, man.

Very good video. One thing I've noticed in these bike builds you do and it doesn't matter if you building up a Grom.. you always go with good quality Parts.. not the cheap stuff.

I installed a Dynojet Power Vision on my Sporty 1200. It actually has a digital speedo/rpm/temp gauge along with a ton of other optional gauges built in that you can choose. I'm almost at the point of getting rid of my regular speedo. It was the better buy over the Vance & Hines. It has auto tune, plus a ton of other functions too. Plus Fuel Moto has it for around $400. V&H tuner had had too many problems for me.

I have a quick question, I know HDs, specially Sportsters vibrate but this thing is crazy to the point were my hands would go numb, the faster the more it vibrates. Since I'm new, I'm not entirely sure that is the was is supposed to be. I'm planning to go to the local HD dealership for a test drive and see. Did you ever had that issue, if so, any advice?

Do you have to install the fuel level sending kit before you marry the new speedometer to the ECU in order to utilize the fuel gauge feature of the new digital speedometer?
If you watch you can often find better prices for Harley parts I just do a google search with the Harley part number often times you can find the parts at a substantial discount.

You could get a black trim ring for the headlight to make it look a bit better.
I like the downward pipes on the IRON, but that "spike" needs to be rounded off. lol I'm lovin the short rear fender too.
on the HD website it says the flush cap doesnt fit any irons. but obviously it does did you make any changes off camera

Not sure how we'll mount it. I've seen it mounted w/ heat sink pointing inwards with no issues reported from the users.
its the brain of your bike for sure. protect it. that can bus system is so important. nothing happens with communication with that ecm.
