      @@pricillaevelynaudy7543 that means you aren't doing a full crunch movement and are only liftin your neck, try starting from a sitting position and then leaning back until you reach a crunch to get a feeling of how it should feel and then try to lift up to that point

      One side worked way better than the other one. At the beginning i was like "pff I'm a dancer, I totally got this 😤" and the the other side was more like i had a short circuit in my brain 😂

      I loved this 10 min abs workout +weights, I did it 2 times, because I wanted more, so for me it was an 20 min abs workout +weights and I fell sooooooo awesome and strong!!! 💪🏋️‍♀️I would love if the workout was 20 min and not only 10 min!!!       Great selection, another effective exercise to tone up the abs&obliques is the Side Plank Dip Exercise if done correctly you'll feel them burning and you'll see the results quickly as well, and the more you do the exercises the stronger you get I've certainly noticed the difference in my students.

    I appreciate more training with weights! I’ve never had a training at the gym and now I workout from home, I’m enjoying learning about it but some instructions (and motivation) are definitely helpful for beginners! I can’t wait to do this workout tonight.

      Some of her workouts have instructions. Especially those who were life ones. Apart from that, many fitness youtubers have instructions. Blogilates has many beginner abs workout where she explains a lot for example.

    I have been doing your workouts for such a long time, never missed a week since 1, it is literally so amazing how much your workouts makes me feel good and energized and motivated, I always look forward to that part of the day.       You can't hold it?? 😂😂😂 It's just 30 sekonds!! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️Muscles should have a certain strength and you can test it very easy if your muscles have this strength: You should be able to hold a plank and a side plank for at least 2 minutes! That is not much!

      Hi Jennifer! I am a man, I saw this video because my grandma does this lesson regularly with the weights! I tried this lesson with her but it is just too hard! My grandma does the full lesson. She has those thick hard bricks in both her front stomach and in her side parts of stomach also. I feel very low and unconfident and don't know what to do 😔

    I’ve been doing this for 2 weeks every night at 1 AM haha (ik not the best time to workout but i sleep late cause of college and this helps me wake up so fresh in the morning!) even though results may come in after a few months, 2 weeks has been magical with this, and its a confidence boost on its own, so thank you for this💕

    I have been doing her workout for 6 months I actually have done alot of workouts with her and by my self too, but all the thing i learnt about workout is pam's vid,
    I have been the most insecure person in my 15th year now am 16, and i just can't tell how i am thankful for her to save me from that trauma!

    I did this 10 min abs workout + weights, 2 times, because it was so quick and I when finished it I wanted more, so I did 20 min abs workout +weights and I fell so good. 🏋️‍♀️💪This workout was what I needed. I loved it. I didn't need to take breaks, I am so happy and proud for myself!!! I love you sooooooo much Pamela you made my day x10000000000000 better. You are so beautiful, inspiring, helpful, kind, kindhearted and your outfits are awesome every time. Also I loved the musik in the video, I was wearing headphones and I couldn't see you, so I could listen the amazing and motivating Musik you chose. The Musik is amazing every time. You are the best!!!

      Hi Mirjam! I am a man, I saw this video because my grandma does this lesson regularly with the weights! I tried this lesson with her but it is just too hard! My grandma does the full lesson. She has those thick hard bricks in both her front stomach and in her side parts of stomach also. I feel very low and unconfident and don't know what to do 😔
