@@pricillaevelynaudy7543 that means you aren't doing a full crunch movement and are only liftin your neck, try starting from a sitting position and then leaning back until you reach a crunch to get a feeling of how it should feel and then try to lift up to that point
One side worked way better than the other one. At the beginning i was like "pff I'm a dancer, I totally got this 😤" and the the other side was more like i had a short circuit in my brain 😂

Great selection, another effective exercise to tone up the abs&obliques is the Side Plank Dip Exercise if done correctly you'll feel them burning and you'll see the results quickly as well, and the more you do the exercises the stronger you get I've certainly noticed the difference in my students.
I appreciate more training with weights! I’ve never had a training at the gym and now I workout from home, I’m enjoying learning about it but some instructions (and motivation) are definitely helpful for beginners! I can’t wait to do this workout tonight.

I have been doing her workout for 6 months I actually have done alot of workouts with her and by my self too, but all the thing i learnt about workout is pam's vid,
I have been the most insecure person in my 15th year now am 16, and i just can't tell how i am thankful for her to save me from that trauma!

I did this 10 min abs workout + weights, 2 times, because it was so quick and I when finished it I wanted more, so I did 20 min abs workout +weights and I fell so good. 🏋️♀️💪This workout was what I needed. I loved it. I didn't need to take breaks, I am so happy and proud for myself!!! I love you sooooooo much Pamela you made my day x10000000000000 better. You are so beautiful, inspiring, helpful, kind, kindhearted and your outfits are awesome every time. Also I loved the musik in the video, I was wearing headphones and I couldn't see you, so I could listen the amazing and motivating Musik you chose. The Musik is amazing every time. She has those thick hard bricks in both her front stomach and in her side parts of stomach also. I feel very low and unconfident and don't know what to do 😔
