      @@pricillaevelynaudy7543 that means you aren't doing a full crunch movement and are only liftin your neck, try starting from a sitting position and then leaning back until you reach a crunch to get a feeling of how it should feel and then try to lift up to that point

    I appreciate more training with weights! I’ve never had a training at the gym and now I workout from home, I’m enjoying learning about it but some instructions (and motivation) are definitely helpful for beginners! I can’t wait to do this workout tonight.

    Sometimes I get a little upset if I can't hold the side plank till the end, but then I remember there was a time when I couldn't even get in the side plank. It's a journey, guys, don't be too hard on yourself, and just keep going ♥

      You can't hold it?? 😂😂😂 It's just 30 sekonds!! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️Muscles should have a certain strength and you can test it very easy if your muscles have this strength: You should be able to hold a plank and a side plank for at least 2 minutes! That is not much!

    I’ve been doing this for 2 weeks every night at 1 AM haha (ik not the best time to workout but i sleep late cause of college and this helps me wake up so fresh in the morning!) even though results may come in after a few months, 2 weeks has been magical with this, and its a confidence boost on its own, so thank you for this💕

      Hi Maddie! I am a man, I saw this video because my grandma does this lesson regularly with the weights! I tried this lesson with her but it is just too hard! My grandma does the full lesson. She has those thick hard bricks in both her front stomach and in her side parts of stomach also. I feel very low and unconfident and don't know what to do 😔

    Doing an ab workout with wieghts is usually hard by it´s self - but doing it after arm workout when you can´t hold even a bottle in your hands- that´s called a dangerous sport, ladies :D (I really worried about not to drop that wieght on my face lol)

      Wow Lea! I am a man, I saw this video because my grandma does this lesson regularly with the weights! I tried this lesson with her but it is just too hard! My grandma does the full lesson. She has those thick hard bricks in both her front stomach and in her side parts of stomach also. I feel very low and unconfident and don't know what to do 😔

    Hi Pamela! I love your workouts but my neck often hurts during ab exercices, is there a specific workout you recommend? Thank you :)

      If you're having trouble, you should lay your head down flat on the floor/mat and if you have to raise your head, you can put your hands behind your neck. I've done this for a few workouts now and it slowly started helping me to gain strength in my neck to do these exercises :) i hope this helps!
