@@pricillaevelynaudy7543 that means you aren't doing a full crunch movement and are only liftin your neck, try starting from a sitting position and then leaning back until you reach a crunch to get a feeling of how it should feel and then try to lift up to that point
One side worked way better than the other one. At the beginning i was like "pff I'm a dancer, I totally got this 😤" and the the other side was more like i had a short circuit in my brain 😂

Some of her workouts have instructions. Especially those who were life ones. Apart from that, many fitness youtubers have instructions. Blogilates has many beginner abs workout where she explains a lot for example.

Doing an ab workout with wieghts is usually hard by it´s self - but doing it after arm workout when you can´t hold even a bottle in your hands- that´s called a dangerous sport, ladies :D (I really worried about not to drop that wieght on my face lol)

If you're having trouble, you should lay your head down flat on the floor/mat and if you have to raise your head, you can put your hands behind your neck. I've done this for a few workouts now and it slowly started helping me to gain strength in my neck to do these exercises :) i hope this helps!
