A really beautiful piece of music by Mozart, only known as "Symphony 40 in G Minor", but it's very well known.

A massive thank you to all my Patrons for supporting me.
Imagine time traveling to 1791 and showing this on a cell phone to Mozart, and trying to explain to him what he is watching.
Haha, imagine!
Imagine time travelling to 1791, managing to get an audience with Mozart, bigging up this thing he's just got to see - and then suddenly realising that it's 1791, there are no cell towers and you've got no phone signal...
@@atraindriver hahaha, love the imagery of this :D
@@atraindriver But...I saved it in downloads. Or else Mozart has WiFi, right?
Personally I think he’d love it

@@MatthewBuckleyLineRider your welcome.
These are so wonderful to watch. I wish it was possible to "zoom out" and see the entire design at once, as if it were a landscape of a song.
Thank you for making beautiful music more beautiful.
A pleasure, I'm glad you like them!
A version of this by WALDO DE LOS RIOS got to No. 5 in the UK charts in April 1971 - sadly I remember it well!
You get better and better, Matthew - thanks for all the fun. 😊
Thanks Dave, appreciate it.
What would the festive season be without Matthew's little chaps defying gravity for our delectation? Thanks to Mattew and Happy Xmas all!

Thanks Justin, I hope you both enjoy my videos! Thank you, yes, it's very frustrating, but not much I can do other than try and watermark my work when originally released.
A great joy to watch as always. Fantastic work! Thank you so much
Thank you, glad you liked it 😊
I love these little videos so much. I home school my 5 kids and use Line Rider videos to teach music appreciation with various composers. My kids are quiet, mesmerized and they are listening to incredible classical music....win win!
That's so great to hear, thanks for sharing!

Toujours très réussi
Merci Valérie, I'm glad you like it so much 🙂
It’s been so long 🎉
One of the best yet. Only Shostakovitch's 2nd Waltz has topped this one!
Ooh, you know my videos well! Glad you enjoyed it.

@@MatthewBuckleyLineRider THE LEGEND RETURNS
@@MatthewBuckleyLineRider But yeah, it's alright take your time
I'd love to see this channel do some songs from Scottish country dance bands. That would be a real challenge to make a line from a musician like Jimmy Shand, as the track would be very jumpy and energetic.
Would be cool!
Thanks for the suggestion!
You have patience, I'll give you that. Fantastic video.
Also, I'm still here. Haha! I'm not going anywhere.
Hehe, you're popping up all over the place again!
I have the feeling that Mozart would be obsessed with it, as I am. Let me share this art ❤
Please do share it!

Good :D
Purple Plane, Purple Plane to the rescue! You’re a brave little plane, yes it’s true! Purple Plane, Purple Plane to the rescue! When we sing, there’s so much you can do!
Up and down, up and down, flap your goose wings! Follow Rocket and soar through the sky! Up and down, up and down, flap your goose wings! You can fly, you can fly, you can fly!
👋👋👋Well done. But your best work is still Shostakovich Waltz No. 2 or Chopin Fantaisie Impromptu or others from earlier years! ❤💜
Hey!
Ah fair enough, glad you like those two.
super♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️👏👏👏👏👏
Thanks!
2 requests, the "simple gifts" section of Appalachian Spring, i love the way Aaron Copland arranges that piece. Also in William Tells Overture, the middle section that starts around 6 minutes in (that ends at the infamous charge section). Bonus on that one if you can have it lead UP to the video you already did of the Charge section (or the lone ranger as most people know it as).
The simple gifts section is called "doppio movento"? That's what video titled it as.
Or for more fun, "Rodeo: The Hoedown" also by Aaron Copland, we all know it as the piece played during "Beef it's what's for dinner" commercials.
Or also the infamous fanfare for the common man.
Wow, thank you for all these suggestions!
@@MatthewBuckleyLineRider bit of a Copland fan, sorry lol
I think you should do this to "Hooked on Classics" and combine everything!
Hehe, nice idea, thanks!
i used to try to play that song when i was 5 years old.
Haha, how did that go?
@@MatthewBuckleyLineRider ehhhhhhhh...... ok i guess?

That was so fun! Could you maybe do some Shostakovich?
Thanks for the suggestion.

Which particular piece?

Everything ok Eduardo? 😀

I miss you. Hope you're doing well.
Hey, thank you for this. I am doing well, just been busy with life, so am a bit quieter with my release these days.
This guy reminds me why I pay for the internet
Haha, best comment yet 🤣
how do i make the riders hang on the bottom of the lines?
Look up gravity wells.
😅😅😅😊
I hope it wasn't endorsed by the use of 'Line Driver'
Haha, certainly not!
Really love the correct timing with the music! Wish you could make a full version of this! 🥹 (tho I understand why not: this is such a long piece 🤣)
Haha; yeah afraid it would take too long!
It’s been so long 🎉
So long since what?
