it will be more delicious if u make masala separate by using golden brown onions with the tomato & all spices then add with ur saute mutton... anyway ur rara mutton & you looks good..
Ofcourse you can. Chicken Rara is also equally delicious. A quick hack: If you're able to get boneless mutton, run it in your food-chopper/mincer/grinder. Job done 👍👍👍
I thought I was the only one who used to mix kheema in with regular/chops of mutton/lamb ... now I know this idea is old haha. Lovely recipe. Although I think you could have used a bigger pot to cook this. I personally hate stirring big chunks of chicken or meat in a narrow pot.

basically just cover the pressure cooker and keep the flame at medium high to build pressure inside the cooker so it blows a whistle when enough pressure builds inside. Let it blow 2-3 whistles or until the meat is tender. Make sure to use red onions. These wont make your gravy sweet. Also, If you cook the onions and tomatoes well enough at each step as mentioned, it wont taste "sweet". Hope that helps

The meat looks more cooked than fried. Why not use a wide pan and first fry the mutton pieces and then the minced meat with the rest and cook it in a deep caserole until tender? The use of a pressure cooker are choice.

Please don't hit the steel ladle on the edges of the cooker pan as it creates small dents on edges which makes the pressure cooker release all the pressure and result in cooker failure.

Mutton Rada defines the recipe in the name itself.. when you put efforts and time to cook in open handi with patience.. the dish turned 10× time delicious than this way.. and this is not actual authentic way of cooking RARA.. sorry its only my opinion
stay away from indian cuisines then. simple. Curd and meat/chicken have been in use as a souring and tenderizing agent for centuries (perhaps millennia) in indian diet. These kind of foods are better suited to our topography and constitution than yours.

This is looking dilicious and I am sure it's tasty as well but this is not rara gosht. You have to check it's authentic recipe.
Masala and tomatoes are undercooked. Too much of water added(additional water should be avoided at all to achieve the best taste).
