Helicoil 5521-5 kit, 18x 2431159 valve cover bolts, and 3x 2429537 valve cover gaskets will fix the leaks. Those older style gaskets are prone to leaking, as they flatten out and get brittle over time due to the heat and oil. The new style gaskets are made of a different rubber that sits in the seam and has a larger and flatter sealing surface with ridges on the gaskets. An electric drill, a greased drill bit to prevent chips from falling in the engine, with some rags covering the overhead should solve all your woes.
They needed to put helicoils from factory in any threads in aluminum...I used to work in a aircraft plant and all aluminum threads were drilled for helicoils
Hey Bro another great in the day of the life of a trucker, loads, repairs and fast food lol.... I'm in Australia so it's hard for me to really understand the vast miles you travel, would it be a hassle to plot a map on each trip to show how far you travel each Vlog ?? if not no drama, I will keep on trucking lol and keep wondering how far and where you go.... Take care out there mate !!
It’s always great to have you put up videos, either I missed it are you did not say about on your value cover, are did you put in a heli-coil insert are new bolt ? Be safe
As part of your conversation you mention one of your batteries came out of truck you got rid of, was that "Old Red"? You never finished about the leaky valve cover. How did you fix it?
Brooooooooo (in a very thick European accent) next time your charging system or battery takes shit on reefer get a roll of wire from vato zone 12-14ga whatever, and run it from truck to reefer battery positive and you’ll be tits.
Shout out to those hard working people bro tough job for sure. And really cool that you took the time to applaud the work they do . God Bless in Jesus Christ Name Amen.

Helicoil for the valve cover bolt. Easy fix.
Thank you!
At Timestamp of 21:18 there brother your reefer engine mount is coming loose... Needs to be tightened up before it shakes itself apart
I always use a basic metal wrench. Hold it up to the back of the Alternator. If it’s magnetized the alternator is still good
Interesting. Haven’t heard that one before I’ll keep it in mind.
Tudo de bom sucesso para você guerreiro 🇧🇷🇧🇷👍
For your stripped out threads, there is something you might be able use, it's rethread recoils. Only if you have them there. Just a thought
Thanks got it figured out!
Did you put different bags on the front air ride?
Your headlights are lighting up the road and everything to the right and left real nice...👍
