In this video I give the reason I left #landstar! This video is not to demotivate anyone from going to #landstar it’s only to document what I went through!
Who gives shit what broker thinks or want. Just do whats best for you on any load. If you get load fine and if you dont its fine also. I dont let others stress me out. I always find decent paying load in 500 mile bullseye around my home city. So if i dont find anything just drive home or find fuel load get close to home. Don't get caught up in that agent nonsense. Just like they say wait 10-15 minutes i still be looking, not waiting on anyone. My truck paid for. If i can bring home $2-3k week i am not trippen. No one going to get rich no matter where you go.

I’m not sure why you would sign on with Landstar. Friend of mine runs his own authority and gets 100 percent and works with landstar agents. They don’t got nothing exclusive over there and you can scoop up load out trailers for free or a very minimal fee for 2 weeks a time than give up 35 percent of all your loads permanently for use of a trailer
I quit from Landstar for the same reason last November. Now I leased my truck with J.B. hunt with the same 35% but you pick the load that you want from the loadboad and that’s. I’m happy. Nobody bothered me.
DONOT COME TO JB HUNT its a trailer circus and no one works from 12am to 6am I mean deadheading is outta control here that’s why I left after 2 months I also was in Landstar and this guy is correct now I parked my truck and joined Walmart taking $2500 a week as a driver 5 days on ONLY
I am a BCO been here 4 years! Everyone comes here are equal and what you do with your opportunity is up to you! You’re not gonna come over here and kill it the first 12 months unless you have a lot of inside people helping you! Over here you have to build relationships understand the lanes, in which you are running and the load board is your last option! Landstar isn’t for everyone! But I assure you that there are BCOs that are killing it here, but it doesn’t happen overnight! I just laugh when I see some of the comments!

If you're good with the agents, you get better options but sounds like you need an inside person. How many different outside agents post to Landstar's load board.
No out agents can post to LS board. They have to be contracted with LS. I’m saying the contracted agents post their loads on other load boards as well and LS
