No way José, those vanities and kitchen cabinets are not for me! This house's decor is all mixed up too, it's not sure what it wants to be. An absolute beautiful view out the back though! Thanks for the tour Noah! Stayin tuned! 👍🤠
Thank you for another great explore. It almost looks like the house and garage were initially separated and they built the sun room to connect the two parts and finished the garage attic.
Very nice place, too bad about all the water damage. No way to fix that, the water just got sucked all the way upwards through the whole place. Thanks, Noah
Would like to tell you I really enjoy all of your videos Noah. The time you take, the narration threw them, the very much appreciated slow steady view of you Camara you give us all of this and more got me hooked on your channel and pulled me away from others.. You are a pro my friend Success will definitely find you soon! Keep up the excitement work and videos... Much Love ♥️🤗😉
Noah, have you ever talking with Realtors about filming these properties in the event that they wish to sell? If you were willing to tidy up for filming, even more. Just a thought.
If the stuff running is in the bath room. They probably used the wrong paint. So the paint runs from the moisture of the shower. It happened in my bathroom. I was told to use special paint made special for bathrooms
Yet another mid north lake water are the foundation where the values are. Many Lakes in restricted like based on the foot plan to restrict the the views available. That is why the footings are protected until the price increases until the new owners are willing to pay for another lake view. If the footing get demolished the lake view is of absolute no value.
The walls are oozing like in Amityville horror house. It's haunted. Lol. Very neat house although, I wouldn't want it, it's too much to clean. Cleaning my apartment is a pain in my *@$$.* Definitely need a maid for that house.
I suspect that there's a big leak in the roof in one or more places. It is extremely common for roof nails to push up due to the heat and cold causing expansion and contraction. Once the nail has pushed up enough and no longer fully covers the nail hole, water gets in through the nail hole as the nail acts like a funnel. This can cause some very serious leaks of at least gallons of water to dozens of gallons of water per leak point. It likely ran across the insulation and spread out all over the place, dripping down onto the attic floor and coming through the ceiling and walls. Every time it rains, so that's a ridiculous amount of water that has gone into the house all over the place.
I walk by this house everyday.
This house is amazing, the built in shelving and desks, the lake behind, the bathrooms. Just so amazing!

Very nice kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. Real wood doors and plenty of storage. Thank you for sharing this home 🏠
That almost looks like they were smokers and the walls had condensation that ran down. Maybe not, but that's what it looks like. Gorgeous House
Gorgeous house. Personally I love all the cabinetry in the bathrooms and kitchen. Definitely would be a ‘lotto dream house’ candidate for me.
Thanks for the tour I loved the views, paneled ceiling and the indoor planting bed.❤
Thanks awesome house I enjoyed watching
My sister Karen says to watch out for that mold! It'll kill you!
👍😲
Such a random house but I can't help but love it. That medieval looking door and the sconces outside it were really lovely touches

Wow how beautiful! Very cool find & video! ❤️👍🤘
Great explore Noah!! Beautiful home. 😊😊😊
Another excellent tour / video! Thanks for posting! 👍💯
I like how they have a ventilation system in the laundry room, like a bathroom. Definitely needed because of the dryer
Be careful around the mold spores

Hi Noah from West Virginia USA 🇺🇲 I love watching your videos 👍 nice looking house
Beautiful house. ❤
I loved the ornate bathroom sink and the accented kitchen stove hood! Beautiful
Wear a mask and live longer 👍🙏
Use a face mask to keep yourself safe. 🙏
They could have used some of that space back there by the pool to make the kitchen bigger
Too bad that the house flooded. This is why I wouldn't have a house so close to the lake. Beautiful though. Nice kitchen. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Maybe the area just past the front door was a sitting and dining space to best utilize the spectacular lake view. Great video. Thanks.
Love the kitchen!!!!!
So happy you broke your 100k goal, you've earned it.
Cool house that probably will be my dream home
Love this house!❤🎉
Love it❤
Where the staircase is, it looks like a enclosed outdoor patio. Don't really like the way the room looks.
Really liked the sink In upstairs bathroom
Sup from Kentucky❤

There is probably a full bathroom on the main floor so people can shower after a dip in the pool or the lake.

That kitchen was too small. The only thing beautiful was that view. Awesome video Noah 😊
What a beautiful house. I bet they moved out because it flooded.
You need a mask
Starting to seem basements are more risk than they are worth!
Nicotine from smoking?

If they sold off this home, why would they leave a washer and dryer and not take them?
It almost has a European Manner House feel to me. Which still screams money lol.
Nicotine, maybe?

I believe the stuff running down the walls, is nicotine.
Greenhouse room
Compared to the rest of the house, the stairs were so anticlimactic
I don't think they cooked that much such a small kitchen for a big house. They liked big open glass rooms.
❤
New McMansion on stilts
Definitely flooded. Be there done that.
Kind of a strange one😊
