1. Warm milk - 130 ml
2. Dry yeast - 7-8 g
3. Eggs - 2 pcs.
4. Sugar - 80 g
5. Vanilla sugar - 8 g
6. Salt - a pinch
7. Melted butter - 40 g
8. All-purpose flour - 400 g + 20 g
9. Apple jam - 250 g
✅ Confectionery crumbs (streusel):
1. Sugar - 10 g
2. Vanilla sugar (optional) - a little
3. Butter - 10 g
4. Flour - 20 g
Yolk and a tablespoon of milk for greasing the buns.
Bake at 180 °C (356 °F) for 20 minutes.
