To look like her, ya gotta work your butt off. It takes determination & strong will power. I can do this if i set my mind to it. It takes up to 3 months to get abs i think.

Holly I dont know if you'll reply to this but I have been able to successfully complete every one of your videos without a break but this one is the most insane workout you've made. Once I got to the second workout I was done. I'll keep doing it until it gets easier but I applaud you on creating a routine that lives up to the title...Insane!!!
Personally I've choose a video on each body part (arms, stomach, lower abs, butt, love handle, legs and inner thighs) and I'm doing them for almost two weeks. My body was fit even before this videos but they are helping my strength SM. I was using the "flat stomach workout(7 minutes)" before and now I'm switching to this insane one. It has become much easier now. So if you can't do this none stop intense workout, my recommendation for you is to go to her channel and choose another ab workout and do it till you are strong enough for this. BTW thank you Holly for these videos cuz they are helping me SM during quarantine to stay fit and strong and since I'm a dancer I can't risk losing them:)
gonna track it!! day 1~ i felt a burn and took aprox 1 or 2 breaks per exercise. i’m sweating a little lol! i kept in mind the abs i’ll have and i enjoyed it!! ✅ day 2~ ofc it was still tricky but i powered through and it was easier than yesterday. i looked forward to it & it gave me confidence in the day ✅ day 3~ super fun becoming much easier!! i’m also doing an arm workout & though workout ✅ day 4~ big traveling day so i missed one :( day 5~ i did it! going to try do it a second time to make up for yesterday ✅ (did it a second time!) day 6 ~ i did it twice today! might do it again! ✅ day 7 ~ i had to miss today 😕 day 8 ~ had to miss :( day 9 ~ had to miss again :(( day 10 ~ i did it x

That was truly an ‘insane’ ab workout after the first several tough ab workouts I’ve done today with you, Holly! Loved the revisit on this one to end my abs concentration today.
I'm going to try do this every day and update... begining waist approx 30inch Day 1 completed as best I can It s really hard... Day 2 done Day 3 done Day 4 didn t do it (i did a long bum workout - I am doing other workouts but not ab related) Day 5 - done (obviously no results yet) also did Holly's 11abs line workout :) Day 6 - done, my tummy looks a bit flatter. Btw I can't do a full sit up, I make some of the exercises a bit easier.. Day 7 - done Going to start eating less.. 'cos I eat too much chocolate.. and it's not helping.. Day 8 - done + Holly's 7 minute workout to burn belly fat

Because of the hay fever season, I have moved my training back indoors more. That's when I discovered this workout. I especially loved the reverse crunch single leg and the last exercice was really insane. Big like!

Omg at first I didn't notice that I was supposed to switch legs so basically I did one minute each and I survived I'm so proud. I don't think this ab workout is suitable for beginners cause I've been working my abs for months and this was still a hard workout. Loved it!

You can see the top of them forming and the outline of them there aren’t like hers at all. Also if I was on a diet they would probably be more defined. Also like I said I have been working out for a long time using her workout so if I was on a diet the process would have been faster and I would have more defined abs.

Nonconsecutive Progress: DAY 1: 3 seconds in and HOLY. Was aiming to do low cardio today so I modified the last one. This one is going into my Playlist. DAY 2: Its hard but didnt modify the last excersize 😊 DAY 3: Much easier but the last one is still hard. I hope I keep seeing progress. DAY 4: This has been replacing my longer easier ab workout. Plus jump rope and sometimes a weighted ab workout a couple times a week. I hope higher intensity/ less time will lead to better results?? DAY 5: did it 🔥. Not keeping pace with Holly on the last one but didn't stop! DAY 6: modified last exercise I'm pooped from jumped rope SKIPPING A LOT don't know how long I was thinking I'd do this. I tend to skip it because I'm so tired from cardio and the last one is just exaughsting to think about. I'll come back to it I'm sure :) I do Holly's 7 min lower ab when tired. Throwing in a weighted ab workout some days as well. Day 7: ✅️ Day 8: ✅️ Day 9: ✅️ abs are looking leaner Day 10: ✅️
I just wanna say thank you so much for providing these videos! I really want to get a toned stomach and these really help me. They also make me feel happier in general. After a few days of doing these workouts, I’ve noticed that my abs are becoming slightly more visible! :-)
First time: took breaks of about 5 secs during and in between excercises. Second time: I actually finished this with no extra breaks! And this is only the second time! The burn is real! Third time: completed!
Going to update with this one. I did 1 week flat stomach and got very quick good result. Imma try this one out Day 1: done Day 2: done, abs got kinda toned, did this for 2 times

i’ve done this workout four times, and my abs have become really noticeable and defined, and my lower belly fat has gone. i’m so happyy ☺️☺️

Nonconsecutive Progress:
DAY 1: 3 seconds in and HOLY. Was aiming to do low cardio today so I modified the last one. This one is going into my Playlist.
DAY 2: Its hard but didnt modify the last excersize 😊
DAY 3: Much easier but the last one is still hard. I hope I keep seeing progress.
DAY 4: This has been replacing my longer easier ab workout. Plus jump rope and sometimes a weighted ab workout a couple times a week. I hope higher intensity/ less time will lead to better results??
DAY 5: did it 🔥. Not keeping pace with Holly on the last one but didn't stop!
DAY 6: modified last exercise I'm pooped from jumped rope
SKIPPING A LOT
don't know how long I was thinking I'd do this. I tend to skip it because I'm so tired from cardio and the last one is just exaughsting to think about. I'll come back to it I'm sure :) I do Holly's 7 min lower ab when tired. Throwing in a weighted ab workout some days as well.

I just wanna say thank you so much for providing these videos! I really want to get a toned stomach and these really help me. They also make me feel happier in general. After a few days of doing these workouts, I’ve noticed that my abs are becoming slightly more visible! :-)

Second time: I actually finished this with no extra breaks! And this is only the second time! The burn is real!

I have never seen so different abs exercise . Not the same typical abs . I already feel different in one workout. Love all your workouts. Have been doing daily i can already see the difference.
