    Lower Abs!!! Yes!!! My fav and also the most challenging area to lose weight :/ Love that they are all on the ground - those plank exercises to lose lower belly fat are rough :)

    The bicycle single leg killed me, you’re totally right about the right exercise for ten minutes is better than the wrong for an hour because I could already feel my body working so hard on exercise one 😂😭

    doing this for 14 days🤍
    day 1: sheeeeesh, jesus i’m burning so bad, thanks holly!!
    day 2: today it was my best friend’s birthday so i couldn’t do the exercises but i guarantee you that even today i’m burning lmao
    day 3: doing this while i’m on my first day period is pretty hard, but i loved it. i did it with little breaks
    day4: done it without breaks!! the last twos exercises always kill me lmao
    day 5: done it, the last exercise was pretty killer
    day 6: break, it’s easter!! happy easter y’all🐣
    day 7: break
    day 8: done it!
    day 9: done it, but i was burning bc i also started the summer body workout
    day 10: break
    day 11: done it, i felt a lot stronger then the other days!!
    day 12: done it!
    day 13: break
    day 14: done it!!
    14 days update: y’all this works a lot!! the first days i was like dying but now i feel stronger and my belly is flatter. you can do it!!

    This 7 min workout is more efficient than the most of 15+ workouts on UA-cam... The results are simply amazing. So it is about quality not quantity. Love it!

    I used to have an 8 pack up until two years ago when I settled down and stopped working out and gained 20 pounds. then got pregnant in 2019 and put on another 70 pounds after baby. I had a c section so I was unable to do core stuff for a while and am just now getting back into working out everyday. This little workout kicked my butt and the abductor crunch was definitely the hardest for me. I’m gonna try to do this everyday for a few months and then follow up with an update in a few months. Thank you Holly! :)

      Update: I have lost 4 pounds and 1.5 inches off my waist since incorporating this workout into my fitness regiment!

    Doing this for one week:
    Day 1: ✅ Done this twice.
    Day 2: ✅ Done this twice.
    Day 3: ✅ Done this twice.
    Day 4: ✅ Done this twice.
    Day 5: ✅ Done this twice.
    Day 6: ✅ Done this twice.
    Day 7: ✅ Done this once.
    Overall experience: the bicycle exercise was the most effective, I definitely felt my abs working then. I'm glad I've done this, on to the next!

    I love finding new exercises. I'm tired of doing the same ones all the time! I think my abs were getting used to them. But you always find a way to make me suffer (in a good way haha). Thank you, Holly!

    Wonderful program, you can really feel the muscles working, especially if you slow down your pace.
    The beautiful pool side location helps to ease the burn.😊

    Hi Holly, thank you so much for this workout tutorial. This is the first ever workout which gave me an actual burn on my lower abs. I have tried many lower abs workouts but never felt burn on the lower abs instead felt on the upper abs. I started this workout yesterday and did it today too. My lower abs are really sore.     This workout is really simple and effective! I also liked the music and the timer sounds. I can easily follow the video even if I’m at the gym, and the music is nice, since it’s harder to play a video and play music while on my phone. Good job!

    Great workout! The first few exercises were chill and I did feel more of a leg workout but the lat 3 we’re my fav and really felt it in the lower ab. At the end I circled back to those three and repeat it! thank girl!

      It’s a myth that having children is guaranteed to “ruin” your body. That only happens to people who are not in shape in general. I’ve seen a lot of women who bounce back immediately after they stop breastfeeding, and that’s without working out and putting in effort, but they have worked out before that.
