*Quick reference*
Red: waiting for gyroscopes to reach steady state temperature
Green: ready
Green+Red: temperature has drifted, waiting for no motion to recalibrate
*Setup*
Using optical stabilisation (recommended to avoid gyroscopic drift issues):
1. [Menu] > Settings > System > HT Settings
2. Set “Stabilisation” to “optical”
3. Set “Stabilisation window” to “wide” (common when using optical)
4. Optional: set “Set-top display” LED brightness level to off, min, max or a level between.
5. [Back] [Back] [Back]
See the manual for the use of magnetic stabilisation, how to calibrate it and to set its magnetic zero.
*Status*
"HT mode" can be confirmed by pressing the [Up arrow] at the speaker map display.
Tracking direction (azimuth and elevation) can be viewed by pressing [HT] at the speaker map display, or is approximately indicated by the LEDs on the set-top device.
*Positioning the set-top device with an offset angle*
1. Move set-top receiver to off-centre position on top of monitor/TV.
2. Look directly centre.
3. Press and hold the button on top of the head tracker for 5 seconds.
To restore regular centred mode:
1. Press and hold the button on top of the head tracker for 2 seconds.
Lol, the music is so unnecessarily inspirational for an instructional video
Also, what song is that?
