Thank you for these wonderful ideas. We are in the planning stages of a skoolie and my husband said we need a pet room for our 4 cats and enough head space for him because he is 6'9". We also have 13 grandbabies.

Agreed. You're going to be sitting in the upstairs, right? You don't need the extra foot head space, could have used that in the lower bedroom! I can't bend, so that lets me out at 6'!

There is a lot of Wood! I would add some color to the walls and ceiling. Maybe some sort of color wash, so that the beauty of the wood would still come through. That's a big one, for sure. I don't think I could do that lower bedroom, though. My knees couldn't take the crawling in and out of there. Love that little wood heater!
@@NadiaKilrick - I lived in a 26' travel trailer for 2 years. Was going to turned it into a nice thow. That was ok, but didn't like the location. I ended up renting a tiny 2 bdrm house (built in early 30's) in the country on an acre. And sold the travel trailer. Wish this place was mine, but at least I can do a lot of what I want with it.
Beautiful home. I think I would lower the ceiling in the bathroom area to give more head room in loft. If you could live in one of your property’s then you could change the roof over the loft to be able to stand up This home has so much opportunity to change and move things around. Love it.

Why didn't they make the room bigger and the living room a lil smaller to balance out? He had extra head room in living room, maybe a foot more for the room and foot less on living room... it'd be almost perfect.
I love the wood but after a while I would probably paint the walls white to make it feel higher, the kitchen cabinets, and other features would stand out better.
I would leave the living downstairs and install an elevated bed. When in use it sits above the living area and easy to get into. When not needed raise to the ceiling. The heat from the stove makes the fridge over work and this increases the power consumption, making the fridge wear out faster and prone to failing.
If a dealer sells a car as a demo after 10,000 klms - i think this house could be sold as a demo. Really great idea with the bedroom. I will use that idea one day. It’s a keeper - would sell like pancakes here at 80k - that’s a car. Canada 🇨🇦

Ooo I like this one! Sp unique. My toddler could fit in the bottom perfectly. I would make the kitchen shorter and remove the table. I would put a couch next to the kitchen and a TV on the wall. That way it could put a bed in the living room area.
Very nice. I like that you actually had the room to make the room under the loft a bit higher. I would want it lifted to have more headroom under the loft to use as a multipurpose living area and put a small wood burning stove in there. Instead of the smaller wall wood stove in the kitchen, a small wood cook stove/oven and have those portable double burner electric induction cooktops. I also need a soaking bathtub. Place it on a Mountain View piece of property, where I can grow orchards and food and raise some animals... that would be my heaven! I would never want to leave! 😍
I love this size & floor plan! You guys are just on the wrong continent. We need a company like yours here. LOL In general I haven't been impressed by Tiny Homes in Scandinavia as they take the "minimalist" idea to the extreme & are very expensive, or they DIY build with cob walls etc.. I much prefer what is coming out of the US, Aust. & NZ. I have seen someone build hanging space & drawers in their downstairs bedroom with a queen bed. What I like is the height and width of the house, with only a few stairs up to the lounge area. I would just paint cupboards & ceiling to break up the wood look a bit more. Love these vids as it shows how diverse tiny homes can be and I get good ideas, even for floor plans for small cottages.
I like the way that the living room is not a loft and it is so very nice. I like the way it is laid out in that house. I'm in my 60stand I can't get up and down the stairs. I like everything about this home so very much and you do a great job telling about the video. God bless you Karen Nichols Omaha Nebraska.
That is absolutely beautiful!! For the age, it still looks brand new! The craftsmanship is phenomenal. That is a GREAT price too! Would love to have that spacious home.
Thanks for the tour. This would be a dream come true for me. I live in Ontario Canada. This Craftsman is a wondrous size. I like the bedroom being downstairs and the living room being upstairs. I send a smile filled with gratitude to each of You for posting this.
I take out the woodstove and put the refrigerator where the stove is take out the range and put in an old fashion woodburning cookstove. You be able to heat the house and cook. Perfect for off grid the “bedroom“ I would use for a pantry. Great for putting extra food stuff some things away and you could also use it for a closet. The living room I would use as a living room/bedroom with a daybed. I Think that would be a perfect fit. The second loft would be good for when Company comes.
I would be concerned about fitting couches and beds through small stairways and short doorways before you purchase them. Also, it!s not efficient to put a refrigerator next to a stove. Only plan on the wood stove for ambience. You can only use small pieces of wood stoked real often. The mini-split is a great idea.
I have never seen such beautiful homes. The idea is you have and run with wow is magnificent I wish that we could get some of them back here in the Great Northwest I am in Oregon and we have some but nothing like what you build so if you ever think about making another plant out this way would be fantastic even if it was in Nevada or you know anywhere like that just part way across it would help a lot so keep up the great work and love watching you thanks for everything that you share with us. And by the way you crack me up both of you.
Randy you should get this beautiful home as you need it and more than deserve a really nice ITH and you can use the living room to entertain which as a business owner is a must! That being said this is the best one I’ve seen for us with me running a small biz from home and a 6’4” hubby. But we have no land and you have no lots available. 😂
Making the bed and changing sheets etc would be a real challenge in that setup. The ideal setup would be the make the floor adjustable in height but that is very difficult to do. The other solution would be murphy bed/bedsit/dual purpose room and have underfloor storage that pulls out.
Those exhaust fans are what they originally put in manufactured homes. There should be a chain so when you pull it the exterior flap opens and the fan runs.
I love this floor plan. I'd have a sleeper sofa upstairs and only a twin or full bed in the bedroom. I wouldn't need the wood stove in DFW but a mini-split would be perfect. I'm looking for a place to put it and I'm saving my money. I'm 75 but still working full time and need to stay in the DFW area or I'd move to Tennessee.
Oh my goodness...Perfect! Propane range, full refrigerator, railing to go up...bedroom on main floor....but, fixed income won't cut it for me...I pay $750 rent, but have no $$ for down payment. I NEED a tiny home!!! It is gorgeous. Bev in Maine
I think I'd prefer the living room downstairs. More time is spent there. It would get annoying having to go up and down the stairs every time. At least with the bedroom upstairs, you only have to use the stairs a couple times a day. The living room would be bigger downstairs too because there would be no wall there that is currently closing in the bedroom.

I would lower that wall with spindles I guess in the living room, I would want it a bit open is all I’d charge, it’s a beautiful home. Love the bathroom space & the closet in it ❤️ I have 80 acres of land & this would be a great retirement home. A very well built home also. Randi, you’re so right about the price of wood now so it’s not a bad price for such a well built home. 👍❤️It sure WOW’S ya 😃❤️

Hello Lalita happy new year 🎈🎊
I absolutely LOVE the revers loft so much easier to just crawl in and out of.
The living room would be my bedroom and the underneath crawlspace would be my dog chill space, other loft would have barn doors for storage
The 'BEDROOM ' is more like a perfect pet palace...no way we could crawl around like that...
Beautiful. Great layout. The stove is great for off grid or if power goes out.
This is a beautiful home, and, it's in great condition even without finishing the wood.
Thanks for the tour. This would be a dream come true for me. I live in Ontario Canada. This Craftsman is a wondrous size. I like the bedroom being downstairs and the living room being upstairs. I send a smile filled with gratitude to each of You for posting this.
What a terrible pity it’s not here in Australia, as I would snap it up right now.
For the lofted livingroom would there be any way to put in a stair lift to the stairs? Or turn it into a ramp?
Beautiful. Has everything. So much room. Has remained in great shape for age.
Thank you.
Double doors would fit great on that house.
Love Ace ♥️
The best tiny house show in the world 💓
I have never seen such beautiful homes.
I’d have had a bigger window in the living room. Or even a patio window. To get a great view of the landscape/nature.
Since when did tiny homes become the price of a full sized home. Guess I should go for a full sized home instead. Smh
I know right, I bought a 2800 sf house for 61,000, why pay more for a tiny house?
I'd put a Murphy bed with attached sofa upstairs.
Love this floor plan... Never have I seen anything like this before!
How do you get king size mattress thru that door?
Love this tiny house everything inside looks great thanks for the video
Those exhaust fans are what they originally put in manufactured homes. There should be a chain so when you pull it the exterior flap opens and the fan runs.
I love this floor plan. I'd have a sleeper sofa upstairs and only a twin or full bed in the bedroom. I wouldn't need the wood stove in DFW but a mini-split would be perfect. I'm looking for a place to put it and I'm saving my money. I'm 75 but still working full time and need to stay in the DFW area or I'd move to Tennessee.
The total height divided in half would not allow standing in both levels? 12 ft height incorporating roof insulation?
Still one my favourite floor plans of what you do Randy.
How would you get a king size bed thru that little door.
memory foam mattress (rolled up)
Memory foam or a split king, which comes in two pieces that are twin xl.
Beautiful home! Love this design as it gives me a real living room! Congratulations on the new owners!
Could this unit go on permanent footings?
Hello Beverly happy new year 🎈🎊
Thank you 🙏🏼 Right back at you. 😷
@@bubblez2u Okay. Where are you from?
I think I'd prefer the living room downstairs. More time is spent there. It would get annoying having to go up and down the stairs every time. At least with the bedroom upstairs, you only have to use the stairs a couple times a day. The living room would be bigger downstairs too because there would be no wall there that is currently closing in the bedroom.
I like this floor plan except the reverse loft. Whether it is up or down I don’t want to crawl to bed.
Love This! Will you still be making The reverse loft model?
Love it! Randy you didn't keep the container why would we think? You'd keep a bigger one???
This is in the lead for my forever home, with an add a cottage…..to use as a bedroom with a larger bathroom for disabled to wheel into. I want to make the 1st bedroom into an office and exercise room to help my health needs.
Please help me with Prayers for my dream to come true……and thanking God for bringing Randy and Amanda into my life. Their videos bring such joy and understanding, learning how super friendly Tennessee people are. I’m so far away in Ca., I would of definitely liked to visit and meet these two incredible people!
I would love to see you try and put the king size bed through the opening
It’s beautiful!!
I LOVE it! VERY unique but it seems like it gives the bedroom, kitchen and living room ALOT of room!!!💜🖤💜
Absolutely gorgeous interior with the wood walls, floors, etc.
