Thank you very much. My poor brain was spatially bamboozled trying to figure out a pattern for a project I need to tackle. Your video made things much clearer.
Agreed!
That's wonderful to hear 😊
Thank you ☺️
Thank you for this clear, well-lit, detailed video on this complex technique! I was so frustrated trying to watch other people's videos where it was too dark, too far away and their hands were in the way 😂 Looking forward to trying this!
My pleasure 😊 so happy you found this video helpful.
Literally my same issues! The second I saw the video thumbnail I was so relieved to see the clear instruction.
So happy I could help ☺️
Thank you for sharing these techniques, it help me who have no clue how to attach bias binding on inverted corner :)
You are so welcome!
This is perfect and easy to follow. Just what I needed. Thank you so much!
Glad it helped!
This is it, this is the tutorial that clicked for me!! Thank you!!
Oh really?! That's awesome 😊
This has helped me so much. Thank you for this tutorial.
My pleasure! What are you making?
This method works perfect with extra wide double fold bias tape. I used this method on a unlined vest with a square neck line. Thank you for this wonderful method.
I'm so happy to hear that! I would love to see a pic of your vest 💕
I'm binding the neckline of a chemise right now, and you have NO IDEA how helpful this was. I was about to toss the whole project and start over with a different neckline shape!
That's awesome! So happy I could help! I'm sure it will turn out beautiful 😊
WoW! Thank you dear, I've never done anything like this, in spite of my bunch of years making kites. Oh heck, it is pretty complex and I'll have to practice a few times to make sure I can be almost as neat as your work!!! Thanx again. 🙂
You can do it! Just take your time and practice. ☺️
@@allsewpetite Heh, I ordered 100 sewing clips on Sunday, and of course Amazon being Amazon, they arrived on Monday! Cute too, they're in a small but decorative tin with rounded corners, a tin lid and a tin handle. Great fun!
Beautiful
Thank you ❤️
Thank you so much for this video. I was so stumped on how to attach my binding on an inverted corner of a quilt that had "cutouts" at the base to accommodate the posts at the foot of a bed. I had to adapt this method a little because I use single fold (double thickness) binding on my quilts. But I am sooo glad I found this and used the method. Very helpful!
Oh that is amazing to hear! Thank you for your feedback 🥰
Very informative!! Thanks so much for showing 2 different methods!!
My pleasure 😄
This video was a life saver! Pure genius!
Oh thank you! So happy I could help 😊

Thanks for this video, I was actually trying to make a new cover for a flower cushion. It sort of has a strip going around the edge making it 3D and this helped me with putting the fabric into the corners!
Oh, that's wonderful to hear 😊
Thank you for sharing this technique. I will save it for later but I am looking for a tutorial on binding a very tight/short inner curve, not a wide curve. Can you help?
Sure! I'll film a video tutorial for you 😉
This was so helpful thank you!
You're so welcome!
thank you so much for this video! I have a dress project that has inner corners at the straps so this is super useful
Oh, my pleasure. Glad I could help you 💕
Thank you! Clear.
❤️
Thanks a lot🌸🌸🌸
My pleasure ☺️
wow this is perfect
Oh, thank you! That's great to hear 😄
Brilliant!!
Thank you so much ☺️
I used the second technique to bind the hem of a dress with a split hem. I wondered if it would be better if I had opened out the second edge of the bias binding, when sewing the mitre into the bias tape, instead of sewing the fold closed. (9:10) Thanks for the tutorial, I went through several before finding this one which I understood.
If you open the fold and sew a straight line, the corner will not look as neat. You would have to stitch to the crease and then pivot and stitch the unfolded edge at the right angle to ensure it can be folded again, but this creates more bulk in my opinion. I hope that makes sense ☺️
Thanks so much.
