In the last track "Ambivalence" there are actually multiple vocalists Daniel Furnari and Jamie Hails of Polaris, Marcus Bridge of Northlane, Marcus Vik of Invent Animate ,Ryan Kirby and Tuck O’Leary of Fit For A King, Garrett Russell of Silent Planet, Sean Harmanis of Make Them Suffer and Jack Bergin of Void Of Vision
This is one of my albums of the year too Alpha new one I’ve only heard it once but it is amazing and you’re right it does blow your mind but it’s beautiful and I love this band for a few years now they’re very very good
So glad someone gave this a serious listen. This album was just plain fun. Made me want to dance, mosh, circle pit in my living room throughout. 15/10 if this album doesn't make the kids feel something I don't know what will. Also the singles are great but I love it when a band leaves their biggest bangers as a surprise like Haunter and Mangekyo. AOTY is crowded this year but this is mine so far.
Great to have you back Sir. Of all the UA-cam reactors that cover metal I always felt like our tastes were identical. With that said, if you’re checking out singles- Half Me have been BOOTING OFF this year 🔥🔥🔥
Glad to see you react to this one. Also glad to see you back. I think Half Living Things and You Wont Go Before You're Supposed to are great for different reasons. I really like the atmosphere and cohesiveness of Knocked Loose's album compared to Alpha Wolf. Both albums are great. I remember you being a fan of Deathcore, we need to see you react to the Disembodied Tyrant/Synestia Poetic Edda best EP of the year by a mile. Also, If you are at a fan of prog or tech death Job For A Cowboy's newest album Moon Healer absolutely rules. it's my AOTY so far. Deathcore OGs have come a long way.
The melody of the last song reminded me a bit of my immortal by evanescence. Otherwise, it also sounded vaguely like old korn. Like 99’s dark slow grungy sound.
I have tried in the past to get into this band... Just can't do it. It does nothing for me. This album wasn't bad per se... but very meh in my book... Nothing special...Their sound just doesn't grab me in the slightest. Big pass for me. 5/10
no offense to you, sir. i'm happy you're back!! but apparently you've been living in the wilderness for a year if you hadn't listened to these releases yet. 🤭😂😝🫡
@@RichardJanvrinYT i jump on this stuff the second it comes out. lol. i wouldn't have the will power to restrain. 😂 edit also, i haven't watched this reaction yet. i've watched your others. i'll watch this one tonight. 🫡

Seriously?! Oh damn.
@@RichardJanvrinYT Yep! I believe they are all in the gang vocals of "until I meltdown" in the bridge
This album is soo dope and Mangekyo didn’t need to go as hard as it did
Alpha Wolf and Diamond Construct have my albums of the year. Good to have your reactions back!
Also the final song had like 8 vocal features if you look it up.
thats nuts.
that riff about 75% into feign is so ridiculously heavy
love to see you back rich i have missed you bro
Let's gooo half living things is a belter of an album!

I had the same thought as you in Garden Of Eyes, this album and Knocked Loose's latest make me want to take up drumming 🤣

Haunter is definitely my favorite off this album
2024 has been so wonderful for music man 🔥
If you haven’t heard cellar door or angel eyes by spiritbox yet, you gotta check those out! I’d love to see your reaction!
I heard cellar door. Don’t think I heard the other one
Glad to see you react to this one. Also glad to see you back.

I think the vocal on the last track was reminding you of Currents
Alpha Wolf always coming thru wit the heat♨️

You gotta check out the boundaries album if you haven't already!
It has been recorded :)
we need a diamond construct reaction brother
The new Diamond Construct album is a fucking trip if you haven't checked that out yet
Just talked with their label. I'll be checking it out :)
Any idea if Emmure is putting out any new music anytime soon?
wondering the same thing!
Can you give the new Gloom in the corner song 'The Jericho Protocol' a listen 🙏🏿
for the algorythm
thanks!
I liked Alpha Wolf's last album better but this is still solid
Feign was perfect the way it was that fake out with that sick riff to the hard ass breakdown was fucking sick the way it was I gotta disagree
Alpha wolf are massive weebs basically lol. A terrible day for rain is a reference to fullmetal alchemist and mangekyo is from naruto.
ahhh i see. yeah, idk anything about that stuff haha
