Tales of Phantasia: Chester Burklight Arte Exhibition

Chester doesn't have Artes in the original SFC version, so that one isn't included.
He has a lot of suprisingly effective Artes with a very wide elemental coverage and range coverage. He lacks any sort of short-range Artes, though, which is a bummer when trying to get some space.
Still, due to the way physical damage works in Phantasia and not freezing the game , unlike spells in every version but ToPX, he makes fights go very quickly and effectively.
If paired up with Cress, he doesn't need to worry about getting enemies to his face so they have strong synergy.
