I absolutely adore this game. It is calming, it is educational, and it has great graphics and details with the creatures. The story is amazing. And this game is what got me interested in Marine Biology. I have beat the whole game, including the bonus material. It is an amazing game that everyone should play.
Remy C. My favorite videogame by far! I beat the entire game on my old wii but unfortunately it crashed so now I gotta restart the whole thing on my new wii. I don't really enjoy it as much now since I'm pretty much rushing throughout the entire game to get back to the point I originally was on my older wii. Right now I gotta get those 1,000,000 plegos. Much enjoyed it 2 yrs. ago when I didn't have to restart. I miss those days! Still like this game though!
Remy C. Exactly. I wish they allowed wifi games to be data transferred using sd card but they don't. I also miss playing with people online. That was always fun.
The sheer amount of nostalgia I hold from every note, every line, every scene in this game could literally end the world. This is the most underrated game I think in the world. Never in a game have I been more scared, happy, sad, and excited to do anything. I admit I might be seeing it through rose tinted glasses, but I don’t view anything from my childhood as fondly as I view this game.
It’s 2018, school hitting hard and I’ve collapsed at the weekend. I stick this game on and the nostalgia flows through me, bringing me back to my younger days and I relax knowing this fantasy world awaits me once again. I am at one with this game when I play. I want this to never die.
Hey its 2017 and I'm still playing Endless Ocean Blue World since this game truly is endless never failing to prove that the ocean is a beautiful place that needs to be protected for future generations. Definitely was a big part of my childhood seven years ago. I'd recommend it to anyone who hasn't played it yet who still has a Wii console.
"Sad reflections, of happy times, so long ago." What I am doing right now because this game was my life a few years ago. This game lead me to become a diver and it was the best choice I ever made.
As a little kid, I loved watching my brother play this. I always tried to help out by pointing out any little collectibles he missed. I loved watching him put fish in the aquarium. Now we're all older, he's in college, and none of us have touched the game in years. I need to go play this soon. Things are so different now, and I think a game like this is just what I need.
I play it twice a year (sometimes thrice). I have still never 100% it, but I have figured out the optimal way of playing to get as close as possible in the shortest time (glitch-free, that is). Will probably play it yet again over summer once I get back to my Wii at my parents' house.
I have 48+ hours in this game and I came to say, for anyone who has a wii or wii u, PLEASE try this game. It's beautiful, fun, and interesting. The music is great! I will also say, emulation would be hard for this game due to the controls. so just buy it.
This game is the best I have ever played and ever will play, no matter how many crappy next-gen consoles come out. This game shows you so much of the world that you knew existed but never really saw. I have over 700 hours on my first and second save files, and I still didn't discover all the game has to offer on neither. I never got bored of this game as a kid. And I cried actual tears when I replayed it. Thank you emeraldman for uploading the soundtrack of this masterpiece of a game. The soundtrack is just incredible.
Yeah man, I'm still praying for Endless Ocean 3 to this day. Heck, I came up with my own made-up diving spots, the plot, and the new animals and legendary creatures. I just hope Nintendo and Arika can see the potential in a third game and though not likely, it could blow the two originals out of the water! Plus, it would make one my most anticipated dreams come true, which is to explore the beauty of the sea once more. Because as of now, both Endless Oceans are the closest connections I have with the real ocean, so if they make one for the switch, I will buy it day one. And I swear if the title screen opens up with either this, or "The Prayer" from the first game, I will cry literal tears of joy. Also, I'm sure it would have amazing graphics because of the switch being so powerful of course, but if they keep the same graphics Blue World had, I would have a heart attack of nostalgia. It would also be amazing if the grumps played it too. 😂 And since both Endless Oceans were huge hits on their channel, I'm pretty sure their playthrough of it will bring all of their fans running. And hopefully it might bring more people to play this seriously underrated game duo, or possibly trilogy.
This is the reason why I love the ocean, even though I never had mainseries Nintendo as a kid, I'm glad that my favorite game for the Wii- No, EVER! Is many others favorite, same thing can't be said for my 2nd favorite, We Fish.
This game may be no Subnautica, but it still holds the title for one of the best diving games ever. From the story to the beautiful soundtrack made by Celtic Woman, this game holds a special place in my heart and maybe yours too. The journeys we had in Gatama Atoll to the Zahhab Region, we will always treasure it. From swimming with your dolphin to training it, its quite a beautiful experience you may never get to experience and feel again, and that what makes me so sad. We finished the game, what can we do? Our diver friends are in question as they try to figure out, but who knows, maybe, just maybe, it isn't the end of the journey? Let's pray to Nintendo that someday, we might get an Endless Ocean 3.
i have some good news for you. unfortunately it seems less story based which is a little sad, but i’m happy regardless if it sells well it might mean good things for the longevity of the series.
I remember when I first played through this game. I sat on the title screen in the purest awe and amazement I'd ever felt in my life as soon as this track started, as my breath was taken away I knew that I was in for something I wouldn't forget...and goddamn I was so right, I still remember everything. I remember getting lost in the story and world that the game showed me. I remember discovering my first fish in gatama atoll. I remember being scared shitless of the sharks (especially thanotos). I remember having a crush on Oceania. I remember how proud of myself I was when I discovered my first legendary. I remember trying to find valka castle before GG did. I remember getting an irrational fear of windows because of that infamous scene in valka castle. I remember each scare, each time I was left stunned and breathless by the music, graphics, or clever story, I remember the spark this game gave me. I dont care if the fandom is well beyond dead, I still adore endless ocean for all the memories it left me with. Especially in the midst of all the chaos that's happening in 2020.
The game was nice, expect its also a high reason why I am terrified of the deepest parts of the ocean to this day and alarm like noises, such when you get to close to a shark zone. The animals dont scare me... Its the endless abyss that does. I don't think I ever completed the game cause of it, I just remember staying in the reef zone with the whale, and whale shark xD
Looks like a lot of us thrust our Wii Remotes into the hands of our relatives when we got close to the sharks. Too bad my brother refused to play the game for me lol
I remember as a kid in 2011 when this game had sweeped the internet into a craze over its story, graphics, characters, and expansive worlds. At the time, this game was the best on the market no matter where you shopped, and it was the first example of how it truly felt to be in awe. To have your breath taken away, to be washed over by a sense of adventures bliss, wondering what lies ahead of you when you press that start button for the very first time. I'll never forget that feeling. You know what else I'll never forget? The music, my god, the music was and still is some of the best I've heard from any video game out there. And considering games like undertale, skyrim, and skylanders that is saying something BIG. The first time I heard this opening track is something I'll keep with me until I die. The exploration was incredible for the time as well and it still holds up well today in my opinion, granted, it is a bit small for today's standards but for the time it truly did feel as the title implied. An endless ocean that the player could dive into for hours and hours on end without running out of things to do. Need I mention the story? I dont think I even need to say anything about how orginal and fresh it was. Last but certainly not least, the characters. I'd say that the character's personality, dialogue, and backstory all stand the test of time pretty well no matter who you look at. Oceania, Jean Eric, GG, or even nacy, they all have their own separate and completely unique charms. I'll never forget the spark this game lit in me, it kickstarted my hobby as a writer and opened up my child self to just how detailed, creative, and inspiring my ideas could be. I could go on and on about how nostalgic I am about this game and the year 2011 as a whole but as I'm writing this it's late and I need to head to bed.
It's an Endless Ocean out there, under the sea. With marvels that rival outer space, flora and fauna of of all shapes and sizes, and wonders untold. Of this great Blue World in which we live in, I have but one thing to say: Go forth and explore!
Whenever I think of my favorite games of all time i always end up thinking of this and the original endless ocean then I end up replaying both to completion and finally remember that this game is probably never going to see a sequel or anything like it and then just sit here listening to the music for hours
This game.... is beyond anything I had played in the past. I never ended up finishing it. But it holds so many memories. I remember waking up early in the morning and hearing this... feeling one with the sea. I could almost feel the waves at my feet. This song makes me want to leave everything and just embrace the freedom of the ocean. I want to forget everything and live happily with those I love until the day I leave this endless world.
I love this game, I still have it. I haven't heard of it or the first one till I met someone. They had the first game and I fell in love with it. Then my mom got the second one for me and I love it. I love marine biology and everything to do with the ocean/islands/etc. C: I really hope there's be a third game, or remastered version for the switch.
one day i just stumbled across the thing for the uhh, the gentle mother or whatever her name is. the giant legendary whale that is just rng based for how you get the quest. but man i was in such awe as a kid seeing it. i'm unable to scuba dive so endless ocean was my way to explore a part of the world i loved so much despite never being able to explore it irl.
Ahh... I got this game when I was really young. I remember struggling to even do most missions or go into areas with hostile creatures. It was great. This got me into science. I'm more of an aspiring physicist/engineer now but this is what got me into Marine Biology, and what got me started on realizing my passion. Thank you Endless Ocean Blue World.
Recently My Wii could no longer function and broke. I've had it for so long. We don't have enough for another. So my 2 endless ocean disks are hung on my wall alone knowing I cant play the game that made me happy. When I had the worst day I would play endless ocean and I would forget everything. The name brings back so much nostalgia and pain it will forever be with me.
Wherever emeraldman1994 is now, i hope they hear the news about the new endless ocean game. This channel has been so special in keeping the memory of this beautiful game alive 🌊
Thanks for making this playlist ,I've been only using yours for years. Of course when I first started listening to it you were the only one with this soundtrack in a playlist. 👍
I loved endless ocean 1 and 2 they were my childhood. I'm 18 now and miss them so much. A 3rd game would be a dream come true but unfortunately I dont see it happening
I remember when my mom got me this game when I was 6(thank you momma). I was OBSESSED with ocean creatures, especially whales. I could tell you everything there is to know about half of the Marine life humans know about. I started up the game and immediately I was hooked. I couldn't stop playing until I was 9. I sold it along with other games because I had beaten it. After hearing The Last Rose of Summer being sung by Celtic Woman (she's amazing and sings almost if not all the vocal songs of this game), I got a huge wave of nostalgic memories. I started missing the game badly and went to every GameStop I could access looking for it. I found a copy for a decent price on eBay about a week ago as I'm writing this. I'm still having almost as much fun as I did years ago. I probably am going to start looking for the original game though, if it is as good as eo2 in ANY way.
If a game like Go Vacation (which I enjoyed on the Wii) can get a remake, this game too... Please...Nintendo. This game means so much. But, eventually I feel like time will be against me and soon I won't be able to play it anymore. Technology (older at that) won't always last forever... Don't lay this game down. (I know it's unlikely, but, I feel like this game was a gem. Especially for those who want to play something casual and calming.)
tellement détente, je la mets pour travailler, cela me rappelle tellement de souvenirs, c'était un très beau jeu de plongée, immersif, et poétique. tellement déçue de LUMINOUS. j'en attendais tellement plus.
They need to make a Endless Oceans 3
I think they just need to remaster both games for the switch
@@saxgarcon6867 No!! Also a third one!!

Wherever emeraldman1994 is now, i hope they hear the news about the new endless ocean game. This channel has been so special in keeping the memory of this beautiful game alive 🌊
If Endless Ocean actually came to the switch, I would actually buy one.
Thanks for making this playlist ,I've been only using yours for years. Of course when I first started listening to it you were the only one with this soundtrack in a playlist. 👍
I need a 3rd game that's on par or better then endless ocean 2. I'll make it myself if I have to
I loved endless ocean 1 and 2 they were my childhood. I'm 18 now and miss them so much. A 3rd game would be a dream come true but unfortunately I dont see it happening
@@dangredux2003lucky you it has been announced!
@@Sphinxgamingworld9942 I saw! I'm so excited, these games were my childhood 😭
It doesn't seem to have nearly as many of the features of Blue World from what I've heard.
Barnacle Films like what?
I can find it for 5 bucks on Ebay in 2020... might need to get it again
It’s 2023 and I recently played a lot of endless ocean Blue world this summer
If a game like Go Vacation (which I enjoyed on the Wii) can get a remake, this game too... Please...Nintendo. This game means so much. But, eventually I feel like time will be against me and soon I won't be able to play it anymore. Technology (older at that) won't always last forever... Don't lay this game down.
(I know it's unlikely, but, I feel like this game was a gem. Especially for those who want to play something casual and calming.)
Back here after playing te fiasco of luminous. Lets hope some day this game get the succesor its deserves

tellement détente, je la mets pour travailler, cela me rappelle tellement de souvenirs, c'était un très beau jeu de plongée, immersif, et poétique. tellement déçue de LUMINOUS. j'en attendais tellement plus.
I love this game
This and Abzu are both the best games that take place in the ocean
