- Building a Gas forge with Dual Burners. The forge is easy to disassemble and transport it can be used with or without the stand. The forge stand has an extendable rest to hold longer material and also a tool rack for hanging tongs.
I've ordered the burners from www.forgeburners.com
Thank you very much for watching!

Absolutely gorgeous!!!
Thanks Brother!
😮

Okay. You got when me the music came on any time you used a power tool. Subscribed.
Thank you very much!
Had a John wick feel to it.
I was waiting for the music with the little oil can
😅
same
So clean and precise! Love the music edit when cutting and grinding. I also like that you didn’t have to explain everything, for us who know how to fabricate, I appreciate the just show me version. Great job on the forge and video.
I love watching people fabricate things from scratch and seeing what comes out of the mind.
Great video
Thank you very much!
@@Ollaris I use to do custom architectural jobs in A588 core 10 type 2 steel. Great job man keep it up, and if or when someone says it can't be done figure out a way.
Once again great video.
Nice to see someone who knows what they are doing
Super Idee!
I really love working with metal for sculptures and have thought of making a forge to try and make different things. This is by far the best, simplest design I have come across. Once I finish setting up my metal shop, this will be next. Thank you for sharing this project!
Thanks! Check out the video from the Essential Craftsman! He did an even simpler one! You might enjoy his other videos as well!
Thank you for understanding that no one likes being defend by grinder and cut off saw noise. Great video. Well done
Dude, that thing is deluxe !!
If your work comes out like your forge does..... WOW!!!!... I am just now making my burners. If you don't mind I am going to make a EXACT REPLICA OF THAT BEAUTIFUL FORGE. Awesome craftsmanship. It doesn't get any better than this. 👍🔧🔨
Extra like for using music instead of horrible cutting sound! 😀👍
LuckyMe it was really satisfying!!
Best forge I’ve ever seen
That's is one of the best videos I've seen on how to build a simple yet effective forge at home!
Finally a video without any talking just work! Loved the design, love the forge you made, great video! Thanks
I'm truly in love with the idea of that extension arm. You showed us your talent again. Thank you my friend.
Thanks a lot Mark!
Very well planned and built.
Thanks Roy
Listening music instead of elec. Saw noise.
Great idea.
Who would not like this video.. super nice forge
😊
Been watching a lot of forge building videos and I now know what I’m building as soon as I get. Welder lol. This is a work of art good job sir
this is one of the NICEST forge's I have seen built on youtube so far, and to be honest it isn't that difficult to build as long as u have a welder, even without one u could make it work, would just take a bit longer
Dude this is easily the best forge build I have watched on UA-cam.
Thanks Dan! I’m glad you liked it
Very nice design! I really like the extendable rest!
Thank you very much! 🙂
Yeah, that was super slick.
That is the best forge build I’ve seen yet!
Beautiful realization. It is clear that there is good design behind it. Sincere congratulations.
Thank you very much Ruggero!
best build video I've seen yet. clean!!!!
why are you so brilliant?!!! seriously seb, you’re designs always fill me with delight and awe. i love your videos!
You are too kind! Thank you very much, but i have to ask you the same question!
Really nice design brother
Well done.👍 I built a larger one for daily use but within a few months my angle iron started warping. I didn't know there was an insulation board 1/2 " thick that was absolutely amazing and held the heat in and saved a lot on propane. I reworked the forge and was a happy man. 😊
Beautifully executed, real craftsmanship .
I love how music plays when anything is cut
One of the best custom forge designs I have seen in awhile. Simple, well laid out and like the pull out support! Great job!
Thanks!
awesome build video
looks great and functionality is fantastic
Thank you 🙏
E visto muchos vídeos de forjas este diseño es espectacular, muy buen trabajo, perfecto, prolijo y pensando en aprovechar el espacio gracias x compartir saludos desde españa, aupa 🇺🇾❤️
Beautiful work
Thank you Vincent!
Nice build. I like the extendable rest and how your forge rolls snugly round your anvil and stand. A good use of space. Well done.
Thanks
Wow! Nice build Seb. I like especially the details with the extendable support that you anvil can fit underneath for saving space. Perfect!
Thanks Gustav!
Was recommended this video by youtube, assumed you were German from the Bosch drill, confirmed with the crazy Gedore style water pump pliers. Nice work!
Thanks! You are not far from the truth! 😉
Such a great design!
You really know how to build great space saving equipment.
Have fun forging!!! 😁👍
Thanks a lot Billiam! I will!
Todo lo demás se ajusta a lo que debe ser..... bien !!!..... excelente trabajo....👍👍👍👍👍
Such thinking in the process, great to watch a professional at work.
Thank you very much Ron!
What a brilliant design!
I really love that you play music when you cut the metal, is perfect👌🏼
Pretty ingenious design !
Thanks!
@@Ollaris you're most certainly welcome !
Wow, from a blacksmith, that is very well set up my friend!
Thank you Eric!
Every step is so well thought out.. at least that's how it appears in the edit :D
This is one of the better forge builds I have seen. Makes me wish I knew how to weld.
Thanks! I don’t know how to weld either. Find someone in your area with a welder, and give it a try! You won’t regret it!
I got welding on school 20 years ago and I have been welding some stuff over the years. But I never liked the end result :) Now I follow welding school one evening in the week, and I all ready learned a lot new things to get a better end-result. Also learned new friends, some great guy's. It's fun :)
I bought a cheap harborfreight welder a few years ago and I just look for projects to expand my skills and learn the hard way. It is a lot of fun and the welder has paid for itself several times in the household fixes alone.
@@tray22 I may have to do that soon... Harbor Freight is an awesome place to get good deals on tools. What welder did you get from them?
@@graydation 120v, 90A flux wire welder
Wow! Really nice! I hope I can find the time to build one this simple. Thanks for sharing! Cheers!
Excellent work on what was a superb design. Well done!
Thanks Matt!
Expandable holder - quite smart move :) looks amazing together!
Thanks!
At first I thought it was only light metal. Now I have seen and heard. That was heavy duty man!
Very nice build Seb. Love how it can wheel over the anvil for storage. I may well steel that idea.
Thanks man! Do that, we need all the space we can have!
Brilliant design and execution. You are so clever. Thanks for sharing! Joel.....
wow thats one cool forge
Thanks!
Can be 10 months later all it wants, I hope you’re still just as proud of this as the night after you made it. That thing’s literally a beautiful piece of work.
Thanks! I’m happy with the outcome.
Frumos lucrat, felicitari!
Very nice. Definitely will be my inspiration when I build my own.
Money cannot buy the honor that you've earned here today.
Bloody brilliant work.
Thank you George!

I do have to ask.
The refractory brick that you're using. You are cutting easily with a hand saw. The bricks that i have are near impossible to cut. Mine are very dense. Obviously they are different. Can you tell me do you order your bricks online or is it just a local supplier. What do you ask for specifically. Thanks in advance...
I bought them locally, they are called light fire bricks or white fire bricks. I used them for the sides and the top. And the normal fire bricks for the bottom (that’s probably what you have)
@@Ollaris Appreciate the tip, thanks...
Great video, keep on making. Thumbs up from Denmark
Thanks!
Well planned, excellent execution! Always a joy to watch you craft.
Cheers
Thanks Rick!
So much love for this! I've actually just welded up my new gas forge, I might have to steal a couple of ideas from this for my stand for it!
Thank you very much Steve! Please do! Time will tell how useful these are.
You have a lot of style. Good job man. Clean job
Thank you very much André!
Excellent design, brilliant execution! Well done!
Thank you very much!
A wonderful performance.

Excelente cuidaste hasta el ultimo detalle de aprovechamiento de espacio y organizado, muy bien explicado.
