    Home made vegetable spice
    Ingredients:
    Turmeric
    Salt
    Celery root, I used half of this one
    Fennel
    Celery stalk and a little bit of leafs
    Onion
    Parsnip
    Parsley root
    Two carrots
    and parsley leafs
    Preparation
    Prepare turmeric and salt of your choice.
    It can be marine, Himalayan or any other fine salt.
    When it comes to vegetables you will need:
    Celery root, I used half of the one showed on the video, fennel, celery stalk and a little bit of leafs, onion, parsnip, parsley root, two carrots and parsley leafs.
    Wash and clean the vegetables.
    Chop the vegetables in a food processor, but I recommend chopping the onions and parsley by hand.
    When you have chopped the vegetables, spread it over the baking paper and dry in the oven at 50-70 °C for about 5 hours.
    If you see that some steam has accumulated in the oven, open it and close in about two minutes.
    I dried the vegetables in two pans twice.
    Vegetables should have a rustle on hand as a sign that it is dry enough.
    When the vegetables are dry, chop them further in a food processor until the desired size is obtained.
    Mix all ingredients and store the spice in a jar in a dry and cool place.
    The way I dried the vegetables:
    Each vegetable is dried for about 5 hours (except for the parsley leafs, which are dry in 4 hours but can be left longer). It all depends on the cultivation and the amount of water in the food. I have dried all in two turns, in large baking trays big as the oven. Since I have two baking trays I put one in the bottom of the oven and the other in the top. When the carrot shriked a little bit I put the parsley leafs beside it and they dry a bit shorter, for maybe 4 hours. When the first part of the vegetables was dry, I chopped the second and put again in two baking trays.
    That means it all came down in two parts and it lasted for about 10 hours.
