A few of my favorite things about your videos are how you usually add in soothing background noises like rain . Also how at the end of your video sessions you give time to drift off to sleep . I love the singing bowls too ! I never knew how calming those sounds of the bowls could be . There are so many nights your videos have calmed me during horrible moments of anxiety & stress. Love the cadence of your speech. One suggestion: perhaps put some thick felt or other fabric on your surfaces to soften the sound of items you are putting down. Sometimes they can be loud and jarring in contrast to your otherwise peaceful cadence.

Coming from a native american, you should never light sweetgrass with a lighter with only a natural flame like matches... also never on your moon time.
