Lovely scenery and video! I have used the Phoxx 1, but found it rather claustrophobic, so now use a Naturehike Cloud Up 1, which is only slightly more expensive, has room to sit up, weighs about 1.25kg, and also comes in a dark green. It's my go-to tent for wildcamping now!
Nice video. Great set-up. Really nice scenery. I have a similar light weight set-up but it is always a compromise of weight v comfort. I always look like I have been attacked by midges so at least yours was temporary.
That was remarkable... loved it!!!! Just started watching your videos last month. I love the mountains and wilderness... hiking mountains is fun but trying to tent up is on my schedule... This video gave me some great insight. Cheers.
Hi Grace. Well done you.👏👏 That was brilliant. Great to see you back in Wales. Your view looked beautiful from the tent. Hope to see more from you in the area. That was great. Looking forward to the next one.👋
I've got the oex bobcat, which is a 1 man tent only slightly more in weight but u can sit up in it, n it fitted me n my frenchie in. Great video, lovely scenery ❤❤ can't wait 2 go for a wild camp in Wales ❤
Great job Grace. This kind of content is inspirational to many to get out there and have an adventure. How about a headnet to keep thos buzzy bighters at bay.....they obviously liked your mince pies 🙂
Hi Grace, good to see you back on tube! Smaller tents and non-net walls are generally warmer, OEX have a net interior version but take a look at naturehikes syder or cycling tent, its a bit more of roomy 1 person tent and same weight I think (net interior might be why its same weight).
Nice little video, my best camp was on the summit on Pen Yr ole wen a few years ago, I made the wrong choice of going up the vertical path opposite ogwen cottage and should of gone up this way. Are you going to do more? I recall you doing one on fleetwith pike I watched.
Omg grace what a view u camped out at beautiful views n that one person tent looked well cool 😎 many thanks as always sharing video really enjoy your videos n that smile 😃 💪 😉
Hey Grace, Such a great video. I really want to camp here, but i am disheartened as its not legal to camp, but then i found your video. I’m so confused, please could you clear the air?
OEX tents are fantastic. I've been using the Hyena 2, recommend it to anybody wanting to get started or even those who are seasoned in the game! Loved the video, Cheers! ☘
Absolutely amazing. I recommend you visit the himalayan mountains k2 and Nangaparbat view point from one place. Amazing sound cheers😊😊Whenever you start a short solo trip of 4-5 days, Moses Peak is a must. It is a 5300m height۔ from the top of moses pea which you can see the views of the K2 world second highest peak in the world, Nangaparbat, K6 k11 and K 12 views in one frame. best time from May to October. This is a family tracked.its open Zone, one did not need a trekking permit or have to pay Royalty fee to climbed this Mountain tower
I like small tents, I know they're not for everyone but I have the MSR version of your tent which is only 800g but you pay through the nose for ultralight and I do a lot of miles so its worth it, only thing I'd say is your location is fine, but being a local wild camper I wouldn't advise it, it's the one area where the local farmers tend to be a little irritably so I'd always advise going up at least 2000ft in the Ogwen valley, but you're not to know, it's just friendly advice, the only place I've witnessed wild campers having negative interactions with farmers is in the Ogwen valley, I love the Carneddau though, it's my favourite area for wild camping.
Wow, the views are incredible as well.
Excellent video and it’s great to have you back Grace! Thanks for sharing.
What a breath of fresh air you are. Keep up the great content
Thank you 😊

Hallo, Grace... keep hiking...!

Can I please ask you what was the weight of your backpack? My pack fully loaded was 15kg as my tent weighed 2.7kg and i am trying to reduce my weight.
That was a nice place, you would be tired enough to sleep the next night!
Very nice video, greetings from Sweden
I would love to invite you to do solo camping in the jungle of Malaysia. Sure, you will feel different and chalengging
Just seen unilad put your bali video out with the spiders. No credit though!
I know full well you spent the night on the worlds slowest log flume with the angle of the ground that tents pitched on haha
