When it's hot in the summertime, it can get very hot.It's time to up the ante with deep conditioning..
Please avoid hot tools.This is why the hair on the ends are very dry.Keep the hair hydrated by deep conditioning more often.
Deep conditioner adds hydration.It helps prevent split ends and brittle hair texture.And it helps reduce the risk of damage and further breakage.
As I mentioned in the video, this is just my opinion.When it comes to conditioner, it really is the key that support the strength and health of our hair.It also gives our hair vitamins what our hair needs.
So please don't skip out on the conditioner.

You know what else is good for our hair curl activator. in a old school shower cap the ones we used to wear back in the day. If you had a jheri curl. I have been doing this and I can tell it has really been helping my hair stay moisturized and it is growing too. You can find the shower caps and the curl activator at Walmart. 🤔🙆🏽♀️

That's very good because a lot of people think you're supposed to put it on your scalp and throughout your hair conditioner only belongs on the end of the hair because the end of our hair go through a lot even when we comet or leave it out.It goes through a lot and that's how split in starts.Or breakage at the ends so we want to keep those ends hydrated.
