    Don't need to pause at the bottom, keep the weight moving like Hany Rambod says. Pause is better for people who don't have a good muscle mind connection or don't know what they are doing. Anyway watch out with behind the back shoulder raises like Jay Cutler did. They can harm your shoulders in the long run. Better side raises from the side💪
