Finally I heard Adam Rupp singing! I know he sang before, but this is much clearer, more clarity than in the music video. It was spine chilling how they can manage such harmonies live. Chance singing the bass line is also impressive, and Tim dropping the bass at the end is just ... WOW!
I can't say enough what a great addition Adam Chance makes. Before, whenever Tim stepped out front, you lost the whole bottom end of the song. Now Chance fills that up nicely.
Notice, the high notes at the end are actually Tim! Austin has the lead and can't do both. Amazing range as Tim goes from up in the clouds, to the deep notes in just a few bars of the song.
Someone really needs to teach Adam Rupp how to project something with his eyes other than abject fear when he gets out of his element and sings. His voice is so clear it’s like mountain water, not a flaw and he has air to spare, although I think he went a little crosseyed holding out one of his early ooooo parts. Adam honey we all love you and love you participation in this beautiful arrangement. God bless.
I melt every time Adam sings his part. I really love the clarity on your videos. Thank you for sharing and doing all this work. Having done videos at Chicago the band shows, I know how much work really goes into making a great concert video. I hope to do good when I see the band for the first time in March. :)
