Nice roads and loop you did I checked out the coffee stop on Streetview from here in the UK. I'm wanting one of these bikes I'm giving up my GS they've been good but wanting to downsize now, no need for 1200cc when I just plod. This bike looks fab and is loaded
Very beautiful scenery. Waking up early is painful but so worth it. 800MT EXPLORE, this version comes with Bosch’s TCS, and the effect is very good. You made the best choice. (It seems that the other two versions do not have TCS??)
Loving your vids. From a viewers perspective, the bar at the top of your screen restricts the veiw a bit, does it do the same to you while riding? I noticed the othe two didn't have that bar. I've seen some other guys mount their 360 camera mast from the crash bars. Love the channel mate, keep up the great content. I look forward to watching your next adventure.
I have thought about that and been trying some different angles and camera positions so I'll keep that in mind! I thought I was going to use the bar at the top but I don't think I will now so I'll have a plat around with it
Great to see an Aussie ride. Do you recommend the MT800? I'm strictly a road rider. Looking for all day comfort and adequate power. My main concerns would be build quality and longevity. Cheers mate.
Great video sir, I have the 2023 Ibex 800T over here in the USA... known as the 800MT in your neck of the woods. I am liking the look of the onscreen navigation on your bike. I am wondering if that will work with Google Maps or not... I am considering trading for the Explore in the spring here in the US... thanks much... :)
If you have an Apple phone you can use Apple Carplay. The maps are run by Carbit maps, they are ok but can be fiddly. I haven't used them too much yet. I am also hoping they bring in Android Auto Definitely an awesome bike

@@800Adventures that’s good to hear. I have a GS 1250 but I’m trading it in I think I can’t afford the new GS 1300 crazy money. Same spec as my GS is £23k in England. Explore is almost £12 k. A big difference. I tried an 800 touring the explore is better I believe

possibly camera contrast, i cant remember if i had the fog lights on or not either.

hhhhhhi fron the UK i am seriously considering buying an Explore have you had any issues with yours at all Great footage by the way
No major issues at all.
Only issue I had was one of the fairing bolts off the front was missing on my trip, but that's about it.
