I usually dislike the collectors edition wands, but I absolutely LOVE this one! Video idea: comparison of all the collectors edition wands across the years.
Out of all the wands I've seen until this one, aesthetically three were my favourite: Queenie Goldstein's, Fleur Delacour's and Luna Lovegood's second one. Now, this is my favourite wand hands down (the interactive part aside) because it has the air of elegance Queenie's wand has whilst incorporating elements from Luna's wand. In conclusion if I'd have to choose only one wand, this would be it. 🙂

Ive collected each one since the cauldron wand and gotta say its better than last years and looks great, but i dont like those little "struts" just past the handle as it forces you to hold the wand a very specific way to be comfortable Tbf thats not always a bad thing with some of the wands- like dumbledores fantastic beasts wand feels great when held in one of the 2 possible ways you can hold it This one it just makes it feel off

I’ve never been to the wizarding world of Harry Potter but I am hopefully planning to go this year for my husband and I’s anniversary and I am so unbelievably excited. Going to Ollivanders and picking out my wand might be my favorite part 😄
My husband and I are taking our kids to Universal next month, it’ll be a first for all of us ☺️ hopefully they won’t all be sold out and we’ll get to see it in person! I’m so excited lol.

I went through with my Newt wand and just passed by windows and made the movement and most of them activated without me even focusing where I was aiming lol. If it's still available when I'm down there in June I might just grab one of these wands.

The reason they stopped putting years on them is because they finally started producing enough that the supply lasts into the next year. I would say that devalues them for resellers, except people keep buying them even though they literally can buy them straight from universal off their site for much cheaper. They need to release these during the START of the new year, in January because we went in Jan/Feb 2020 and couldnt get the wand, but I bought one later as a gift and held onto it for Xmas, believing someday we’d be back. 2021 rolls around, and I did not buy it for me. Go to USH in September, and they’re sold out. October they released the cauldron wand, and I bought that. Feb 2022, a literal last minute trip to USF, so no wands packed, and all they have is that same cauldron. Month or two later, another one, which I did buy came out. So now I’ve got three out of the four, but the only person who was ever able to use theirs was the 2020 Xmas gift. So none of the ones I bought for myself!

Idk if they've released krum wand or anyone from durmstrang, but if they do, they should make the box look like it was from that other wandmaker's shop, not ollivander's. The same for any American wizard. Their wands should look like they come from a usa wandmaker's shop.

I'm not sure if Peter had heard any NDA-clad rumblings of this, haha, but looks like now we know why Quidditch wasn't playable in Hogwarts Legacy!
