- Join me and Caver461 for two days of Rockhounding fun. Mick finds a spectacular piece of Sunstone that any lapidary artist would love to have. I find a pale (BLUE) Apatite crystal at Titanite Hill, at least it looks blue to me, let me know in the comments what you think!!!!!
Let's go Rockhounding.
Collect, rock hound, explore, dig and hike at your own risk.
So nice to see you 2 again, thanks for the adventure.
Thanks for joining.

Really enjoy your videos. Great location...on my list now.
What a beautiful weekend to get out and rockhound. Thank you for taking us along on the adventure.
My pleasure.
oh man, Caver461 packed some weight . nevertheless, good to see you two and thank for the video!
I think 2023 will be a good collecting year with Mick.
Formidable ! merci... 16:10 je n'irais pas ramper dans cette cavité 😁 Courageux mais pas téméraire.
C'était pas trop mal, plus spacieux qu'il n'y parait.
that cave is creazy. people get super hero strength when seeing shiny things
Lol, very true.
Looks like you had a few great days out there Jeff. That new camera is taking great videos.
Looking forward to your next adventure.
This was my first video with my new camera and I messed up on the settings, although it did not turn out as bad as I thought it would.
Hope to see more videos good stuff guys!
Hopefully another trip soon.

Good day once again Jeff , I took a quick ride the other day to the Montrose occurrence and I found a beautiful chunk but I had to leave it because I couldn't get it out of the ground with the small equipment I brought with me . I'll be heading back tomorrow with a few big boy crowbars and a better hammer 🔨.
It's great to see you and Mick back out there , best regards as always from Lloyd.
The crowbars always come in handy, never fails, the best stuff always appears when we forget to bring the proper tools with us!
@@OffTheBeatenPath1 you would think I’d remember that ,lol, but no .
This was great! We've missed you two being out on adventures together!
I did as well, always a good time when out with Mick.
@@OffTheBeatenPath1 Hopefully we'll see photos of the cleaned up finds sometime? :)
Are you in St Pierre de Wakefield, Quebec this weekend ?
I saw plenty of vehicles close to McGlashan mine yesterday. From Ontario... and NY state. I did not stop. I went to Blackburn mine.
I wish I was, it's the perfect time to be out collecting and I have been meaning to hit Quebec again.
@@OffTheBeatenPath1 If you know the mines yes.
Otherwise it's all covered with leaves. I could find Ross (Kert) Mine, East Aldfield later in the afternoon. Easy access, It was raining like hell, there were "holes" , but I could not find any recent "digging"...everything was buried under slippery leaves.
----
In the coming weeks we will only be going to mines we know well: Miller property, maybe Quadville (Beryl pit) and.... McGlashan. McGlashan really is a great place.
Thank you for your videos. The kids like them. They are learning... and me too.
Great place to explore! Thanks for making these videos! I'm adding this place to my list. Any hints on navigating the location?
Park by the ATV trail and follow the ridge along the side of the marsh to the location.
@@OffTheBeatenPath1 Thank you. Have you ever been to the Sunstone occurance near Sundridge?
What camera are you using?
Go pro 9, I think???
you talk to much...!!!
Silent Jeff is my name ; )
