    Love your description of powdercoat I do powdercoat as my side job and people can't understand that its not indestructible lol glad to see someone that grasps what it is and has its limitations and appreciation to try and be conscious of your build love it man

    The cylinder head tip is a good one.my head stay always had to be banged in with a mallet but only because of the tight frame fitment of the stock 86 frame and powdercoat

    yeah even new high dollar parts need modding to fit proper lol . oh i heard you seen pics of my crash a couple weeks ago . it was pretty bad

    I slotted my gas tank side mounts so they can be slid back or forward. Mainly i did it to clear my oversized clarke tank from the bar mounts since they rub at full lock when turned left and right. But another benefit it can position the weight of gas in the tank more forward or back for different weight distribution

    Yeeeaaah I’m all for saving money but I don’t think a hair pin has the same tolerance as a cotter pin…..can’t say I’d ever run a hair pin in my tie rods smh

    The swingarm pivot bolt nut issue seems like a huge mystery. Thats pretty weird.. I would assume its from either vibration or flexing somehow. Is it common for the no link swingarm perhaps.
