Configure Billing Invoice Reader for non Technical people

An administrator in the finance team wanted to have access to be able to download Azure and Office365 invoices so they can reconcile them in the accounts system.
The challenge is that we want to ensure least privilege and not give them too many permissions and in Azure the Billing Administrator role might be too much. This video shows how you can configure billing reader in the cost management module to let the finance user download invoices on demand.
