- Possibly the largest Fallout 4 Settlement ever created on console. This Vault 88 settlement spans through nearly the entire buildable space in the Vault 88 cavern.

Jug is proof that you don't need mods to make a settlement beautiful in Fallout 4.
His channel should be called "This Old Fallout 4 Settlement."
Some mods are good though. Makes it look a bit better. But Jug is great.
Jug is the most impressive non modded settlement builder I've seen. On the other end of the spectrum, EvilViking13 is the best modded settlement builder I've come across.

I just deleted my whole vault and started. I can not get the corridors off the elevator to snap in though.
are you a civil engineer or architect? the way you see space and the ability to come up with ways to do the impossible is just remarkable. either that's your job or you're in the wrong career. lol

Just a note, the power does transfer through connected pieces. So if you snap to the main opening you have power running through everything connected to it. Gotta use the vault conduit to power lights and whatnot however.
I really liked your cafeteria. It gave off that "1970's diner" which I absolutely love.

You know, there's an easier way to use the existing power. The power will travel through vault floors/walls. All you need to do is vault wall conduit to relay that power elsewhere.

Apparently I watched the video before, but it's amazing how creative you are without using mods. I really love so many details in your vault. I wouldn't do everything like you did, but it still provided a lot of inspiration.

Watching this again. Jug, I would love to see some of your other creations since you haven't published much since the DLC. Such as what you've done in the way of Arenas, Contraptions, Far Harbor Settlements, Mechanist's Lair, etc.
This is the first settlement I've built since Eden. But now that I'm back and seeing all these new options rest assured the content will come.

Like your ideas around the Vault 88 from cavern to cavern some have had me stumped for a long while now. I never thought about having a prison/jail and the shooting range "Brilliant".
This is the most skillfully crafted settlement I’ve ever seen and I don’t think anything tops it.

As usual, an amazing job! I don't want to think about how long it took you to make this structure. Just getting this place rigged up with electricity would be enough to drive me insane. Thanks again for letting me live vicariously through your work. I will not be attempting to make a structure of this magnitude. I had the Automatron, Hubology and Nuka-World content all break on my level 88 game, so I am discouraged from really even playing the game anymore. I appreciate seeing your videos, as I can see the finished product of your labors without experiencing any more frustration with the game. I laughed my ass off in the *perfectly edited* scene in your video where you got attacked! That was incredibly funny! Keep up the great work.

I got a wild hair to build a ridiculously detailed vault recently. This was a great refresher on all the tricks. Still valid 5 years later!

I am on PC, so I too the 'easy' route with editing the space in the CK and using console commands and Place Everywhere. What you have done is amazing and I am humbled by your skills, as always.

Hey Jug, not sure if anyone has told ya yet, but you can run wires past "bounds" by highlighting the wire and using the connect button (Triangle or Y) then simply connect it to whatever you want. You'll have to exit and re-enter the build menu but it's a nice trick.

Dude...that was AMAZING! The delayed switch jail door...the shooting range...the cascading stairs through the train tunnel that NO ONE has been able to connect...BRAVO! How do you figure that stuff out? Thanks for showing your vault and how you built it. I always learn so much from your videos.
Thanks, I'm not really sure how, usually I'm trying to do something different and come across things by accident. The jail door for instance, I was trying to find something that would stick onto the dividers arms so i could get it to move. But after realizing that nothing would stick to the arms i just figured I'd stack them vertically and stick them through the wall.

This is very impressive and very neat. I myself stuck with a more vanilla design- and not that this isn't vanilla, it's just more outside-the-vault than I imagine they intended- but I definitely want to incorporate some of your ideas in my vault. Great video!
I have poured over every inch of this video so many times. still amazes me what you are able to build. I have most of your tricks figured out now but the cave system and laying all that concrete still illudes me.. If I wasn't bald I'd be ripping out my hair. how are you so awesome at all of this? I will crack your code in time. I thought of using the place anywhere mod but that's just to easy I want to accomplish this with out cheats.
