If I were a multibillionaire, I would buy a 40Mw version of one of those plants to be run in a combined cycle on 100% biodiesel fuel.

Just watched a terrible video about wind turbines. Now i feel good in my heart after watching a internal combustion diesel engine power plant.

Even if these things run on CH4 (which can also run with H2S) they are going to put out millions of tons of CO2. I wouldn't like to be without this system as a backup, in fact advocating such would be just as nutty as using it in the sole source role. Internal combustion engine (1790's), Gas Turbine (also 1790's) & Steam Turbine (1880's) Power Plants are as crazy as murdering Preston Tucker in order to get rid of safety glass, seat belts, perimeter frame car chassis, transverse engine, and transaxles and prevent disc brakes, fuel injection, self-sealing tubeless tires, and a direct-drive torque converter transmission; all of which were either in the Tucker 48 or to be incorporated into later models of the Tucker and no other car then, but are common now. As crazy as burning Nikola Tesla entire company in order to get rid of the boundary layer effect turbine. As crazy as Ford buying Mazda in order to get rid of the Wankel eccentric pistonless rotary engine (because the little Japanese toy car could at any time and regular did outrun the mighty Mustang Boss 429). The Wankel engine, by-the-way, would be the best engine to run this system rather than reciprocating piston internal combustion engines from the 1790's. This is the same as in 1896 from this writing 121 years ago when William F. Davis designer/engineer designed the central cam, rocker arm, pushrod and hydraulic lifter actuated, overhead valve engine. Need it be mentioned J. Walter Christie's tank designs that could run at speeds of over 100 kph in 1919 (which the the Dems sold to the Soviet Union as farm tractors), almost twice as fast as the modern Leopard 2A6 main battle tank.
The US Government at the behest of the Dems is waiting for someone else to build Molten Fluoride Salt Thorium Fueled Reactors with the SCO2 brayton cycle turbine so they can tax us for the air pollution from piston engines. The LFTR was killed by Republican President Richard Nixon in 1972 because it started life as a bomber engine (which was crazy in and of itself), however to shutdown the reactor you put the throttle down and turned off the key, but it didn't produce weapons grade Uranium (which is the crazy reason they didn't then and still don't like the design) also it digest spent fuel (which must be stored at taxpayer expense for 10,000 years) into industrial, medical, and scientific isotopes that we need. Need anyone think Big Oil would like the fact that the LFTR can be used to convert CO2 emissions into gasoline and diesel substitutes, cheaply.
Moreover, the 1984 types in Governments in concert with Big Business are demoralizing and dumbing-down generations "Y" and "Z" so that they only know vulgar sensationalism, buzzwords, political correctness, and propaganda in-order that this kind of nonsensical ruthlessness can keep chug-a-lugging right along:
