I would like to add three things:
1. since it's relatively simple to use and operate, it's well suitable for countries which dont have the expertise to operate more sophisticated types of power plants
2. hot water from cooling system can be used in an adjacent industrial zone for further economic activity, increasing overall resource use efficiency
3. such a power plant can be converted or made as a duel-fuel plant, where it can also consume cheaper LPG or methane gas. this can make it more economical to operate.
