There has been one repetitive thought constantly going on in my head since 2019 , I know I am afraid of that thought which is why it keeps on coming again and again. I believe fear is the main reason. I have tried removing it by focusing on work and it does help , when I am working from morning to night , it eliminates for few days but again in weekend when I am free it comes back. I would say , this has helped me as well because I tried mediation, read many books to eliminate it , I have witnessed a little of blisness of no thought for few seconds because of meditation. But again , it comes back. I don't know why is this not going. I understand, this has taught me lots of things but its tiring. Sometimes , this thought has eliminated for months and i am happy and the moment, I think its eliminated again , the same thought comes back. I don't know why I am writing this to you, may be in search of some help on what i am lacking or what could be done but i dont know... I just felt like sharing.... Have a great day ahead
you didn't say what thought...Is it fear of death ? Whatever it is don't try to eliminate it...just be with it...make it a friend..and then... slowly .... this FEAR will transform into pure ENERGY...

stress ke samaya PRANAYAM se shuruat ker sakte hain....phir walking ya dancing meditation ker sakte hain....phir thora thora kerke DHYAN try ker sakte hain.....
आदरणीय, जिस तरह बुद्ध अपने 500 से ज्यादा पूर्व जन्मों को जाना और एक अलग विज्ञान दिया। क्या यह विज्ञान आज के समय में हमलोगो के लिए उपलब्ध नहीं हो सकता है । ,लोगो का पता नहीं लेकिन मुझे जरूर, । विचारो का ये लहरे मन के सागर पे अभी भी उभरती है ! पता नही वो लहर कब आएगी जो सारी लहरों को खुद में समेट लेगी । अपना प्रकाश इस विषय पर जरूर डाले !
