@@rk3739 We chose that distance because we wanted that location ourselves. Originally we were planning on a pit under the barn and since we are close to the bedrock we thought that would be the only place we could dig that deep. The township does have a certain distance a barn has to be from dwellings especially if a neighbour's house. We also wanted to be up higher for wind and it is now closer to my son's house who does most of the work.😊
@@Rodney-sf1mc No, we are moving the one we have now but upgrading it. They will move it when the Milkhouse floor is ready and then we will use a loaner tank till we move to the new barn.
I have been following for 2 or 3 weeks. Just trying to figure out your location. I know it is Derby township, Georgian Bluffs. I'm in Chatsworth. I seen the fire number but the road I followed was different numbers than yours.😊
@@GaryWalpole Yes, when they made the fire numbers it messed up our address. Sometimes GPS takes you the wrong way. It used to be concession 6. I think the new road sign says 7.

We hope to install the robot late summer or early fall. No set schedule yet. Still more concrete to do.
