Hi Cody. I know you're aware of the tendency our minds have to establish arbitrary correlations based on chronology. Like, I do something, some time after that another something happens and we tend to associate those two events by causality. Most of the time this path is positively adaptive, so it sticks with the species till today. Some times it just fails, and strange notions can arise from it. So, I believe we should approach these matters with extreme caution, if we want to do it under the wings of the science and its methods (specially if we leverage our work or study with our academic titles). I saw many good people got lost in this path. We can't afford to lose you! Please, take care. You've done a lot of work to build your name and authority on this field. Keep the buzzwords to the thumbnails and focus on the mission, my friend.
That being said, I agree with your vision that most of this "attraction" comes from the awareness of opportunities aligned with our desire, leveraged by massive action towards it.
    Wish you success!

Personally I can understand how dream machines work, but if you're able to focus better than average that might give you an advantage going in. And I'm sure working with Mendi your visualizations are on the higher end of the scale without a dream machine. Just a thought and thank you for your work hope you keep it up.

I have been thinking nuerosity crown. I watched your comparison and still couldn't get a clear answer on that.

Alos, I would like to ask about what you think are the mechanisms of action for this machine. Did it use frequencies to stimulate certain brainwave states? or did they use the blinking lights in the eyes and did they use some kind of energy accumulation? These are things I have seen in some machines. I love your work BTW, and so exciited to see you talk about this new topic.

Im curious about this too. Ive tried looking into the machine and there doesn't seem to be much info on it. It also doesn't look like there's anything that proprietary or special about it. It appears its just a pod, that you plug your headphones into and it plays a meditation/frequency and then just pairs it with a color on the screen. The magnets are things anyone can buy to block emf. That seems like you're getting very little for price tag of $18k. Theoretically you could just put on headphones to one of many free existing frequency apps, lay a on grounding mat or the earth and have a screen change colors. The $18k has to be all profit margin because they sell so little. That thing cant cost more than $800 to make.

Look Cody, for some people it works. for some people it isnt. we need an AI to analyze this phenomen properly and say how much luck and discipline is in this, like being at right time at right place (being in the right social circles). Look at african or indian children working 2 jobs and never get lucky to manifest much of what they dream of. I think they take "massive action" but its still not enough. People who are too low in social system are distracted and not supported to have basics. After achieving a certain social level, its "easier" to manifest anything, it just "works".

I don't think LOA works that way. You cannot just hope for a winning lottery ticket. You must know what you want, recognize the opportunities, take massive action and be in a frame of mind to receive it. I don't see any harm to my credibility to talk about this phenomena. I will continue to try and present it in a scientific and logical way that makes sense. If anything, I think it can be an incredible tool for self development.

People are saying 'remember the science' below. The last 3 years has shown a lot of people that science isn't beyond reproach. Studies are flawed. Studies are funded by invested parties. Politics can be entangled in the process. I'd say this is 'decentralised science' otherwise known as 'Does it work for me?' I've had a chronic condition for years that the doctors haven't got a clue what to do with . If I waited for someone to fix this (or find a drug with a big enough ROI to want to invest in fixing it) I'd spend my life waiting. Decentralised science is the future. So many people are gathering their own data now on health apps that collective patterns are developing and I believe in the future will be undeniable. I'd love to test these machines on people with health conditions and see if there were any tangible improvements in metrics.

This response is what concerns me about credentialed MD's speaking as doctors, leaning into pseudoscience and theology. Maybe split your channel @CodyRallMD? One for topics like this one, where you take your MD hat off, and another to stick to the science.
To the commenter above, science is self correcting for flawed methodology and interference through reproduction and testing. You're making a political argument based on anecdote without providing any evidence, but hinting that there's something wrong in the halls of research that is compromising science as a whole. If you have any data or research to support your assertion, I'd be interested in reading it, but I've watched this anti-scientific message develop over the years and there's never any actual research to support it.. which is treated as evidence that it's true, despite the axiom "the absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence"

People need to understand the power they really have as there are more than enough well capitalized institutions trying to propagate dissimpowerment. Besides I think there's going to be absolutely craziness happening the next 3 years, law of attraction will probably be so low on the radar you needn't worry about professionalism, at least that's the reality I'm attracting :)

      @@CodyRallMD Hey Cody,
Since you actually replied and asked the short answer is YES I think it would be very interesting, but the long answer is a little more nuanced.
I think its good to be aware at least from my experience when exploring these topics that often there is no way to categorically prove or disprove them.
It's almost like there is some imperceptible underlying mechanism that means statistically one cannot ever achieve a measurable significant difference from chance.
There is a comment below by alexandergoulart that I think summarizes the kind of reaction you are going to get and it is going to probably cause 90% of scientific circles to have a strong avoidance reaction to you.
I think the key is that there needs to be a place to have an open discussion in a scientific manner surrounding these topics.
For example I fully believe the human body has a suitable kind of energy field that is a closed torroidal field, which current science does not readily acknowledge as possible due to a cancelling out of two terms in in maxwells interpretation of heavisides equations.
However you will find that there is almost always a material explanation for the results people are seeing that can be used as a straw man to dismiss the very real quality life improvements people are receiving from practicing meditation. For example I spent 4-5 hours digging into Joe dispenza's work a year or two back and left the following comment on one of Dr. Rollin McCraty's videos concerning "Heart-Brain Coherence". Of course no one ever replied to me because I'm just telling them the elephant in the room that basically proves the premise for the entire measurable HRV synchronization to be entirely explanable by traditional mechanisms.
Here is my comment for reference with the video title at the top. If you ever interview him I'de suggest you to broach this possibility with him and see what he says.
      """
Dr. Rollin McCraty - Heart-Brain Coherence - Quantum University
Hey guys, I first want to say, I know that meditation and positive belief works, I've seen it work. I also know that coherent energy fields exist and they can do amazing things. I have one issue however with the way this information is presented. They are making a claim that peoples heart coherence can be confirmed by looking for a 0.1 hz cycle in the heart rate variability. What they don't tell you is that the meditation for "heart focused breathing" instructs all the users to breath in for 5 seconds then breath out for 5 seconds. That is exactly 0.1hz for every full breath cycle. To test a theory attached a heart rate monitor and used an instantaneous measurement for the heartrate (60 divided by (the time of current pulse minus time of last pulse)) Using the 5 and 5 breathing cycle sure enough the heart rate variability cycle was 0.1hz exactly. I then modified the breathing cycle to 10 seconds in and 10 seconds out (a full 20 second breath cycle) and was able to confirm that the cycle of the heart rate variability was now 0.05 hz. Basically as soon as you start breathing in your heart speeds up, I can only presume it is to cycle the oxygen around your body faster. Now I am in no way poo-pooing the fact that getting everyones heart rate variability cycle perfectly in sink might be ability to facilitate coherence of energy fields more broadly. I guess my point is that the 0.1 hz coherence frequency seems entirely arbitrary to me. I know at 54:20 he says that the lowest fundamental frequency for earths magnetic field line resonances is 0.1hz, but honestly the 0.1hz people are achieving when doing the 5 in 5 out breath cycle meditation is much more likely a function of the 0.1 hz breath cycle they are performing rather than the fact they have locked onto some earth magnetic field frequency..... Once again I'm not saying this doesn't work, it just seems short sighted that they would have entirely overlooked this as a possibility when it seems like the first and most obvious possible correlation to me.
      """
I don't mean to be in anyway dismissive of these topics or the very real things I have seen with my own eyes.
I just think it is wise to be aware that integrating these very real personal experiences back into any scientific framework for broader acceptance, can be challenging and I'de wager only transient in nature, as those who wish to dismiss them will find entirely alternative traditional explanations to disempower themselves.
All the best, and i look forward to more of your content whatever turn it takes :)
