So don't go talking if you have no idea what's going on. edit: also, the video has a speedometer and the speed of the racer is completely normal for that vehicle character combination.

I did 2:40.756, I was so pleased to beat Nin-Syun only to notice that when this TAS run finishes I'm only halfway through the shooting star portal. Nice run and great video!
Wow, the road of nostalgia I get from seeing someone play this stage is unreal. Even just hearing the music from the best stage in Mario Kart from the best game in the entire series lifts my spirits so much.
I noticed that everyone seems to say that the fastest vehicle in the game is the Spear (Torpedo), but am I the only one who noticed that the Jetsetter (Aeroglider) is faster? Sure, the rest of its stats are garbage, but it has a higher top speed.
Bike have a huge advantage over the karts because they can inside drift and can wheelie, letting them have tighter lines and when wheeling are faster than any karts. Hope this helps!
Jetsetter also has an awful mini-turbo stat, which makes it overall slower than Wild Wing, Flame Flyer, and Mini Beast, even with its higher top speed. Nintendo really screwed up in attempting to balance this game's vehicles.
Alex Senter how is it odd? It's obvious, the better you are, the more consistent you do the laps, so the times are usually really close (except for those tracks were using more than one shroom in a single lap is faster).

Now that they’ve pretty much optimized the kart route I think the next logical step for no-glitch is doing this route in real time. It’d be wacky nutso ridiculous but Logan could probably pull it off
