I have the SE 2020 and my dad the 8... the 8 still runs smooth to this day, and I am surprised... even my old 6s is still decent.

@@krizsoriano.2165 tbh yes, it’s durable and it actually performs like a flagship, but the problem is that it “looks” outdated. Most people would believe it’s an 8 or less
@@krizsoriano.2165 If you have a iPhone 5-7 or an old android, Yes! It has the performance of an iPhone 11, a decent camera, and 5-7 hours battery a day (for me). The only problem is that it looks old. For the same price you can get many other androids.

People can hate on Apple as much as they want (I used to be one) but the level of optimization of their products is just unbeatable.

@@akshatverma26 i have an iPhone 8. So the battery will get you through the day if you are a light user. A medium user- it depends on what you do. But if you do anything heavy on your phone often (like GPS), be sure to have a charger nearby.
Great entry level device on iOS garden, I wish the SE 2020 had this golden finish, it looks gorgeous.

iPhone 8 got a resurgence in popularity compared to when it first came out. It was overshadowed by the iPhone X, and fast forward to now, the iPhone se Second generation revived it.

I just did this! Iphone 8 256 / I love it so far. I bought a gold from amazon (renewed) for 235.00 Pristine zero scratches issues so far. It arrived to me in 3 days charged 97% battery.

I know a few people are still using the 8 and they have zero complaints all though I have noticed the camera def is a downgrade compared to newer iPhone models nowadays

I personally don’t think that the iPhone 8 is worth it as you can get a used IPhone SE 2 for not that much more money

My mom old phone is a iPhone 8 she got a new iPhone 11 iPhone 8 does not work anymore has not been used for a long time so in Monday I’m gonna go to the apple store and they will fix it I might even trade it for a iPhone 11 if my mom lets me and my mom is gonna get the iPhone 13

I would still be using this phone had it not broken down beyond repair. Miss this one.
This summer got one as side phone , works perfect 👍 but betas of ios 15 slowed it down so beware further updates and check if they get better on final release

I recently switched from 8 plus to xs max, i had an 8 as well but I didn’t need 2 phones, so exchanged them and small amount of cash for xs max and I love it. It reminds me of the oneplus 6 with the design I had a few years back
The SE 2 looks similar to it. I have one and love using it 👌🏽❤

Since iOS is a feature on an Iphone and the iPhone 8 is getting iOS 15, the iPhone is a brand new iPhone 😂😂
i just got the 8 on the 13th and its just amazing. no complaints at all. when i do get the budget, i will upgrade to the 12 mini or 11 1 or 2 years later. for now, its amazing! iOS is also much much better compared to android from my perspective.

I've just purchased a space Grey 64gig for boost as a backup
Used this beauty for 3,5 years, it still is in pristine state. But since iOS 15.4 it really became frustrating to use, the battery degraded super quickly and many apps started to crash. So as a result, upgraded to 13 mini and couldn't be happier. But, the 8 is a solid phone. It's a pity now it looks much better than it performs.
I’d like to see an iPhone 14 that is the same size the 8+ screen. No bezels. I’d buy that.

Still using iphone 8 and planning to upgrade to 12 mini due to price drops due to 13 mini. Battery capacity is down to 78% about 3 hours of screen time depending on use. Poor call reception ….Ear piece speaker and loud speaker volume is low and challenges in hearing on calls. Apart from above … phone is still going strong
I had one...its Product Red ip8..with ios 15.0.1 and run is so so smooth feels like new one.!! Pleasure to own this tiny one of Apple.

Still rocking my iPhone 8 I got at launch. The speaker stopped working couple weeks back so the person on the other end can’t me, although I can hear them. Battery life is terrible now and the screen started playing up. I will be upgrading to the 13 Mini.

My rose gold iPhone 8 shattered on the 3rd day of usage, it was dropped onto a counter about 3 inches high. The glass back is still shattered to this day 😊 🔫

Well something is very strange today I noticed under battery settings it says “service” and it says significantly reduced battery yet my battery health is 94%. It’s got to be a glitch. The strange thing is it hasn’t moved off 94% battery health for a year so maybe it is stuck and it is more severely “degraded?”

All of them have intel chip?? Because I did search about which iPhone 8 and 8 plus have intel and Qualcomm, and they said that each model number have different chipset.
