This is probably my in my TOP 3 yoga classes I've ever done. This is something very unique about this one, especially how you need to hold each one a little longer and it's not easy poses which I love. Best thing is they aren't regular, sun salutations and warriors poses. I do yoga everyday, 1 hour a day everyday and I always come back to this class at least once a week 👍 would love to see more hatha classes simular to this
16.2.22: doing this after my workout, looking for hatha intermediate and found this. 30mins passed so fast. I enjoyed the lengthening and opening. And! I can work on my split too! Yay! Thanks!!!
This was my first time trying hatha yoga. I had some intense tension in my lower back and neck. By the end of this class my tension was released, I am legitimately surprised. Thank you so much!
This seems to be helping me with my squat flexibility! And it is pretty euphoric and calming. I do this routine followed by Shambhavi Mudra every evening now. Thank you!
This's pretty challenging which makes me wanting to practice it more and more.. however i was confused at the splits part.. would you advise of a variation for beginners?
Thank you thank you thank you. Glad to have stumbled upon your video, not often do I find an instructor that is both challenging and restorative. My body feels so relaxed and flowing! Looking forward to exploring more of your channel
Thankyou for this class. I plan to do it once or twice a day until i can perform the splits close enough for me to say its a proper splits. Subbed and liked :) Much love.
Hello Pank, if the platform is free of charge and you tag me and mention me, I don't mind. If you charge for the platform or video/s, then I do mind, and I would not allow you to post it
I do this class weekly, thank you so much for posting!! I have a question about the camel pose. How can you tell if you’ve gone too far for your body? I know to watch out for any sharp pain or pinching. I usually go where my body naturally stops (hands on my lower back) but my lower back is usually tight after I finish the class. Is that normal?
It may happen if you are focusing on going backward, instead try to lift the chest higher and slightly posterior tilt your pelvis. That should make a difference

Also notice the ease/flexibility in your first downdog after those 1st few movements, huge difference.

You can work on splits with block/s underneath your front leg's hip bone, as you become more flexible, you can take the blocks away progressively
